Located in the heart of Carolinensiel, this well-kept semi-detached villa with a furnished terrace and garden serves as a central starting point for day trips. In just a few minutes walk from the Cliner Quelle with adventure pool and spa, a fitness center and many other attractions. A nice walk along the Harle leads to the beach or to the museum harbor and in the center. A parking space is available directly in front of the house.

The house is bright and nicely furnished and can accommodate up to 5 people and a baby / toddler. On the ground floor there is a spacious living and dining area with exit to the south-facing terrace, a separate, fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet. The 1. Upstairs has a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with a single bed (1.40m) and a bathroom with shower and toilet. In a converted attic studio you have two more single beds available. In the entire object are tiles or PVC laid. WiFi is accessible without cost. When booking optional additional services, sufficient availability is reserved.
Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
