We held our family vacation at this property and were so happy with everything. The house looks exactly like the pictures online, which is not always the case. The house was very clean with all the amenities one could want. The pool and hot tub are a nice relief from the beach. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this house and hope to return.

Fantastic stay

We had a wonderful stay! The home is gorgeous, and the layout is perfect for two families. All the kids loved the pool and mini-golf, and we appreciated the safety feature of the pool door alarm.

Family vacation

It was an amazing place to stay! Perfect location and lots of room in the house for all 13 of us. Kids ages 7-12 had a blast in the pool and yard. We all loved it!

We have been vacationing in Siesta Key yearly for 10 years and we stay at a different location every year, this house is by far our favorite!! The house is beautiful, the view from balconies and windows is breathtaking. Nothing like making lunch or washing dishes and looking up to see the beautiful Siesta Key ocean right outside. The house was perfect for our two families with ages ranging from 2-14. The pool with water slide & hot tub was perfect for everyone! Many basketball games were played. Massive tv downstairs with Nintendo Switch was also fun for everyone, many Mario kart games were also played. Two sets of laundry machines on both floors meant everyone could do their own laundry on their floor. The house also came with 2 wagons and 6 chairs which was perfect! We loaded up the wagons and crossed the street and in about 3 minutes we were already on the beach!! I also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of them hanging a happy birthday banner for my daughter whose birthday it was the day after we checked in. Rod was very communicative and very friendly. Highly recommend you stay here for your next visit!!

Will definitely stay here again! Plenty of space for 9 adults and 2 grandchildren. Ping pong golf pool and slide awesome! And short walk to town and beach. It was a wonderful week for our family!
