Modern Cottage on the Susquehanna River

Located directly on the Susquehanna River in The Endless Mountains, “The Eagles Nest" has all the modern amenities you need, while still making you feel cozy and at home in this charming cottage. Enjoy dinner on the 3 season porch or relax on the large deck and watch the Eagles and wildlife from the perfect vantage point. Families and friends can kayak, fish or simply lounge and read a book. Bring your boat and launch directly from the property (we highly recommend a 4WD truck to launch your boat). In the evenings you can have a campfire (wood is supplied for you) or light the propane fireplace on the deck. And if you want to leave the house, you can take a 15 minute drive to Tunkhannock to visit the wineries or antique stores. The vacation possibilities are endless!

All kayaks must be brought back to the house everyday after use. Credit cards will be charged $350.00 for lost or damaged kayaks
An additional $50.00 fee will be charged for each lost paddle. If house is not left in same general condition, additional cleaning fees may apply.
Do not flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper in toilet. If septic is clogged, tenant may be charged additional $2500.00.
