Our house max is 14 guests and anyone coming to the home counts towards that total regardless of who is staying the night.

Our home offers it all:
A modern living room, dining table and a spacious kitchen island for seating, plus a beautifully decorated photo wall!

Go upstairs and find our amazing GAME ROOM, with a shuffleboard table, foosball, pac-man, 2 arcade games: NBA Jam and Mortal Kombat, unique seating + another cute photo wall + wet bar with wine fridge.

Don't forget to check out our secret Harry Potter Room! Come inside and experience the Hogwarts world.

And the fun continues outside, enjoy our backyard with a ping pong table, propane grill, fire pit, and outdoor seating.

Dogs and cats are always welcome! (2 pets max, inquire about fees)

This is a 2 story townhome with one shared wall.

First floor:
- 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, 1 half bath, living room, dining room, kitchen, backyard, garage.

Second floor:
- 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed, closet with a shelf and hangers, office desk + 2 chairs.
- 1 bedroom with 1 full size bunk bed (sleeps 4), closet with shelves and hangers. Office desk + 2 chairs. Shares full bathroom with the first bedroom.
- 1 bedroom with 1 full size bunk bed (sleeps 4), 2 twin beds and 2 full size futons. Private bathroom attached (double vanity, shower + jetted tub!!)

Guest access:

You'll have 100% privacy inside this home and the check-in process is fully automated.

We have a 2 car garage and a driveway that fits 2 small cars. Street parking is also available.

Other things to note:
Booking includes resort quality cleaning, freshly laundered sheets and towels for all guests, as well as all consumables including toilet paper, soap, shampoo, coffee, tea, and a whole lot more.

We don't allow more than 14 guests, even if they're not staying the night. No exceptions.

We cannot offer early check-ins or late check-outs at this home due to the time it takes us to clean it after each guest.

Up to 2 pets are allowed with prior authorization.

Our home is conveniently located less than 0.5 miles from Greenville Avenue! An amazing area with the most popular restaurants and bars in the city. The best spots walking distance to our home are:

Gloria's Latin Cuisine, LG Taps, Aw Shucks Oyster Bar, Pizzeria Testa, and so many more!

PLUS, around 2 miles south you'll find Lower Greenville, a pedestrian-friendly area that has always been a hotspot for nightlife.
