Located in the heart of Preston Hollow right off Midway, this chic 1950's bungalow is perfect for you! Please note, this is an older home, 1,300 square feet with the bedrooms on the smaller side.

The space:
Walk in and you are in the quaint living room that opens to the kitchen and dinette that looks out at the huge yard. Three bedrooms are on the right off the hall.

A few notes about the property:

- The lawn care team mows every other week.

- Trash day is every Friday so might see my property manager wheeling the trash cans out to the curb on Thursday or Friday morning.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. 15 min from Addison, uptown/downtown, and 5 min from Inwood/Lovers area. Central market is just around the corner.
