The first floor condo layout allows you to easily transition from inside to outside. Fruit trees protect the main patio from direct sunlight, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors, even during high heat days. You'll enjoy walking to downtown Palm Springs or venturing out to neighboring desert cities. The kitchen contains all items necessary to cook an excellent meal.
