Light-filled with an open floor plan makes Lima Modern a wonderful space for cooking meals with friends and family or simply relaxing. The Living Room's sprawling couch is a great place to nap, read, or watch a movie on the 52 inch TV. Wake up, step outside for morning views of the beautiful San Jacinto mountains, and spend your day lounging by the pool. Original artwork and tasteful design give this house the feel of a personal retreat. The modern upgrades blended with original details make it the perfect Palm Springs mid-century getaway.

The yard offers tranquility and relaxation in a lovely setting. A beautiful pool is surrounded by tall palm trees, gorgeous mountain views and is very private. Additional outdoor amenities are a BBQ grill and several seating areas, including one with a fire pit. Located in the famous Movie Colony, you are within walking distance from downtown Palm Springs, where you will discover downtown shopping, Ruth Hardy Park, art galleries, the Palm Springs Art Museum, and many fine restaurants. A serene and beautiful place in the desert awaits you, only 5 minutes by taxi from the airport.

We spent a very relaxing week at Lima Modern. The house is very comfortable with everything you might need. The heated pool and bikes an extra plus. Walking distance or biking to downtown, a nice local park, grocery store and about anything else you might need.The host is very responsive.

One of the best rentals we have ever stayed at. My husband, daughter and I had a delightful time in this beautifully designed home with every amenity you could think of, including a well heated pool, perfect for November in Palm Springs. Great weeklong stay. Neighborhood was safe and extremely quiet. House was comfortable and functional. Outside area was great and was where we spent most of our time. Bikes were a nice addition. Could ride to local stores and restaurants. Very private and peaceful place.

We loved our stay here, I would say it’s nicer than the pictures on the listing. It’s in a great location and we loved exploring the neighborhood on the bikes. So close to the airport and downtown but quiet and private. We would definitely stay here again

Great Vacation Stay!

We had a great vacation and would absolutely come back again. The house was exceptionally clean and well-stocked with all the essentials. The house and property are very well kept with lovely mid century modern decor. Our 13 yo really enjoyed splashing in the heated pool! the neighbourhood is lovely to walk in and close to all the amenities. We highly recommend staying here!
