We found the place clean, well kept and conveniently located. There was enough information about the check-in and check-out process. Everything went well and we did not need to worry about anything at all.
Cosy, clean and comfortable. A short drive to Packington st West Geelong. Worth a visit. The yard for my dog was great. Table and chairs, totally secure. Close to everything. Definitely would stay again. Host was absolutely lovely.

The house was well equipped and clean and communication with the owner was great. Easy to find and the house had everything we required. Breakfast was supplied and it was the small things that made this venue excellent.
Place was clean & tidy. It was compfortable enough for us. Nice was able to bring the K9 without an issue. Only a 2 day stay.

As an exhibitor at the Avalon Airshow, clean, neat and fully equipped, the house was extremely handy to the event with excellent parking and comfortable beds. Chris was extremely helpful and forgiving when I accidentally locked the house and my car keys inside early one morning and travelled across town to open it up again for me. Outstanding service! Comfortable and cosy.
Shower hard to regulate, no proper oven, neighbours in other unit a bit noisy, carpet very worn and stained, cheap cutlery, no decent sized fridge, gutter in need of repair as water draining onto front timber steps making them slippery, smallish hole in front yard that I stepped in. Comments meant as feedback not a criticism.
Nice place with a helpful and responsive host.
The place was clean and cosy, with a nice range of breakfast items supplied. Great location on a residential street with groceries nearby. The shower system was old and needed the hot water tap turned further to remain hot, but had plenty of hot water.
Just note that the unit next door is connected to the house, and conversations and footsteps can be heard.
Overall a nice place to stay for a weekend or extended stay.
