Welcome to the Rural Estate Sa Canova d'Ariany, a haven of serenity in the heart of Mallorca. This new Mallorcan country house offers the perfect balance between modernity and tradition, providing the ideal setting for unforgettable family vacations.



The property has a saltwater pool measuring 9.5 m x 4.5 m, surrounded by eight sun loungers, a relaxation area with comfortable sofas, an outdoor shower, and a covered area with a spacious table for enjoying outdoor meals. The rear terrace, accessible from the kitchen and living room, has a central table and a brick barbecue.



The interior of the house is spacious and bright, characterized by its modernity and high-quality furniture. The living room connects to two terraces through glass doors, offering abundant natural light. Equipped with two sofas, two armchairs, a Smart TV, and a decorative fireplace. The kitchen, equally spacious and luxuriously equipped, has a dining table and access to the rear terrace.



With capacity for 8 people, the house consists of 4 bedrooms. One of them has a double bed, while the other three have two single beds each. Two bedrooms include workspace with desk and chair. All rooms have air conditioning. The property has 3 luxurious bathrooms, 2 with shower and 1 with bathtub. WiFi throughout the house to keep you connected at all times. Additionally, a ping pong table for family fun.



The electrical power supply of the house is generated through solar energy, backed up by an additional generator if necessary.



Adventure for Children and Romance for Adults: The farm offers a unique experience with a Scandinavian-style treehouse. Cross a suspension bridge to reach this wonderful structure, with large panoramic windows and a rooftop terrace for romantic encounters. Add this experience to your stay for an additional cost.



Located just 500 meters from the town of Ariany, the estate offers tranquility but is close to historic towns such as Maria de la Salut, Petra, and Sineu. A 15-minute drive away, discover Can Picafort and the Bay of Alcúdia with its white sandy beach and crystal-clear waters that stretch along 13 km.

The garden and pool Better cutlery, kitchen equipment, beds and pillows. And the airconditioning is limited to 24 degrees. That’s not very nice for quests.

We had a wonderful stay here

A beautiful villa and quiet location. We walked to the village and had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant multiple times. Could not recommend there enough! Lovely food and atmosphere. One thing that would be helpful is to have a recommendations book in the villa with key info such as nearby supermarkets and local villages etc. The villa itself is fantastic. Thanks for a wonderful holiday.

Lovely Property

A lovely peaceful property which was a wonderful stay for two families. Lovely layout, wonderfully peaceful and a gorgeous setting for watching the sun set over the valley. We had a slight problem with the solar power system and the owners came out immediately to help rectify the issue which was very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great family villa

The villa was really spacious, the layout was great, the pool was very clean and the perfect size for the 6 of us. The sun loungers and table area was perfect we used them everyday to eat and play games. We hired a car which I recommend doing as the location is a little remote but only 15 mins drive from a beach and 25 mins from a port. Added bonus was the table tennis we didn’t expect, so that was fun. It would be even more amazing if the BBQ area and the table tennis were also by the pool area. Having everything together would have been amazing and I would have kept the group together but we still managed. Better information on garbage areas for people who check out on a Saturday as currently dropping garbage by 2pm Friday means you’re still going to have garbage on checkout. Having the option to leave garbage at a cost would have been good. Also bigger bins in the kitchen so we didn’t need to empty the bin so often. There were ants in the kitchen sadly, it wasn’t too much trouble as we popped all food in the drawer but still an small inconvenience.

Der Check in hat sich etwas verz&oumlgert da die Reinigung von den vorherigen G&aumlsten l&aumlnger gedauert hat. Ansonsten hat alles super funktioniert, sehr freundliche Kommunikation. Bei Fragen haben wir umgehend eine Antwort erhalten. Besonders die K&uumlche ist super ausgestattet. Sehr zu empfehlen. :)

Tolle Home Base um Mallorca zu entdecken

Die Finca ist sehr fein, zu viert sehr geräumig, mit acht Leuten macht die Finca aber extrem viel Sinn - und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt dann auch perfekt. Sauber, feiner Pool, gut ausgestattete Küche, gute, saubere Betten, großzügige Terrasse(n) und tolle Lage um mit dem Auto die Insel zu erforschen. Man braucht so zwischen 30 Min und einer Stunde bis man jeden erdenklichen Punkt der Insel erreicht. Aber auch in der Nähe gibt es viel zu entdecken Petra, Sineu sind wunderschöne Orten gleich um die Ecke. Klimaanlage ist voreingestellt und die Temperatur reicht vollkommen aus um gut zu schlafen. Von Sonnenaufgang bis Sonnenuntergang eine tolle Location um Ruhe zu genießen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Mehr Toilettenpapier für den Start (die Grundausstattung war etwas knapp für vier, für acht Personen zu wenig), die Tischtennis-Schläger könnten erneuert werden. Vor der Anreise eine Info zur Kaffee-Maschine wär hilfreich - dann könnte man sich vor Ankunft schon eindecken und kommt am Sonntag in der Früh nicht in Verlegenheit. Das Müllsystem auf Marllorca ist herausfordernd - die Zeiten gut im Auge behalten, sonst steht man genau dann vor der Abgabestelle (Grüner Punkt), wenn die zu haben.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir, Familie mit Kleinkindern, hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus. Der Salzwasserpool war super zum erfrischen. Es war alles da was man brauchte um eine schöne Zeit zu haben. Zum Strand nach Can Picafort sind es ca. 15 Minuten. Im Ort selber gab es einen kleinen Einkaufsladen. Check in und Kommunikation war super. Wir können das Haus ohne Probleme weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus ist traumhaft schön

Es hat eine sehr ruhige Lage und einen tollen großen Garten. Es ist auf dem Grundstück genug Platz. Orangenbaum, ausgewählte Kräuter und der Salzwasserpool laden zum entspannen ein. Der Pool wurde während des Aufenthaltes 1 x gereinigt. Das hat völlig ausgereicht. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat sich sofort um Anliegen gekümmert.

Einfach ein mega Haus

Größe der Zimmer + klimaanlage im zimmer Sehr schöner pool Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche Rundum einfach Klasse Der geruch der Bettwäsche, denn diese roch ein wenig muffig. Vorher die Waschmaschine mal bei 90° anmachen und danach die Wäsche waschen.

Die Villa ist wirklich schön. So wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, so war es wirklich. Wir waren 7 Personen und es war wirklich ausreichend Platz. Vorallem die beiden Terrassen laden super zum entspannen ein. Es war ein rundum toller Urlaub in der Villa

- Die Finca ist riesig. Perfekt für 6-8 Leute. - Große und geräumige Zimmer. - Sehr sauber - Nachhaltige angelegt Finca (Solarenergie) - Reibungsloser und schneller Ablauf - Wir kommen gerne wieder - Genug Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten ALLES NUR KLEINIGKEITEN - Es waren leider keine Basics wie Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Tüten oder Mülltüten etc. da. Immer schade sowas. - Das Licht am Pool/Garten ist leider sehr grell und nicht dimmbar oder kann man abschalten. Sonst war alles perfekt!

mallorca vakantie

we hebben een week in dit huis verbleven. we kwamen om 23:00 aan en helaas was het huis niet schoon maar toen we belde met de eigenaresse kwam het schoonmaak team gelijk om 23:30 het huis poetsen. alleen voor de kinderen was het heel jammer die waren dood op.. en moesten tot laat wakker blijven. de eigenaresse had het nog nooit meegemaakt en kwam nog wat lekkers brengen halverwege de week kregen we een taartje en snoepjes voor de kids. we hadden drie puntjes van kritiek. we vonden de verlichting heeel fel in het huis. overal was wit licht in de keuken en de woonkamer en dat maakte het heel ongezellig vonden wij. ook dachten we dat er een openhaard was maar dat was niet zo. de boomhut was gesloten en moest bijgeboekt worden maar dit wisten we ook niet. ook zou een stofzuiger fijn zijn in het huis. er stond alleen een bezem en met die kleine kids is het wel makkelijk elke dag even te kunnen stofzuigen na het eten. de ligging is vrij afgelegen dus je hebt wel echt een auto nodig! verder waren er ruime slaapkamers en nette badkamers en genoeg handdoeken zeker ook omdat er een wasmachine is. bedankt voor de week

Hervorragender Service

Wir haben im Verlauf unseres Aufenthalts diverse kleinere Sachen und Wünsche angemerkt. Resultat: keine paar Stunden später waren alle unsere Wünsche bereits erfüllt (neue Messer die besser schneiden, Grill geputzt, Toaster ersetzt, zusätzlichen Sonnenschirm etc.). Ein hervorragender Service. Wenn was ist, wird sofort reagiert. Bravo! Kleines Schäufele und kleinen Besen in der Garage platzieren. Grillwerkzeug komplett ersetzen - ist so unbrauchbar, kaputt oder zu dreckig und die Spitzen der Werkzeuge sich nicht eignen, Fleisch oder Würste anzuheben. Schön wäre, wenn das Licht draussen beim Esstisch dimbar wäre. So wie jetzt ist es extrem hell und wenig gemütlich. Oder es gibt Kerzen (die Kerzen die da waren mit Batterien haben alle nicht funktioniert und geben insgesamt zu wenig Licht).

Sehr schöner Osterurlaub

Die Finca war sehr schön, großzügig angelegt und modern. Toller Außenbereich mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen: Das Objekt war bei unserer Ankunft ausgekühlt und die Heizung des Objekts erfolgt aktuell über Strom (Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern, Heizlüfter in den Bädern, mobile Elektroheizungen im Wohnzimmer und Küche). Wurden zu viele Geräte gleichzeitig betrieben, sprang die Sicherung im Stromversorgungshäuschen heraus, diese konnte dann nur vom Verwalter wieder aktiviert werden. Die Temperatur der Klimageräte in den Schlafräumen war auf 24 Grad fixiert, für uns nachts zu warm. In der Garage steht bereits eine Wärmepumpenheizung, wenn die angeschlossen wird, könnte sich die Situation verbessern. In den Sommermonaten ist das Thema Heizen sicherlich nicht mehr relevant. Ansonsten haben wir uns in der Finca sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit genossen.

Wunderschöne Finca

Trotz allgemeiner Situation rund um den COVID Virus und die Klassifizierung Mallorcas als Riskiogebiet, haben wir uns für einen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen und liebevoll eingerichteten Finca entschieden. Die Verwaltung und die Besitzerin waren bemüht um unser Wohlergehen, ob nach dem Unwetter das Internet ausgefallen war oder die Sonnenschirme teilweise beschädigt wurden. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, südlich von Alcudia, was gerade jene ansprechen sollte, die nicht direkt mit dem deutschen Durchschnittsurlauber ihren Urlaub verbringen möchten. Leider ist das auf den Fotos gezeigte Baumhaus (tolle Aussicht) aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht betretbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und gepflegt, die 3 Badezimmer auf 4 Schlafzimmer sind auf dem neusten Stand und gut ausgestattet. Kleine Details runden die Einrichtung ab. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
