Lovely house for a big family!

We are a family of 6 adult persons who spent 5 days in the villa. It really worked well staying there. The house was equipped with all the facilities we needed and Marina is a terrific owner that makes you feel welcome. We can warmly recommend staying there! Ann-Britt from Sweden

Lovely stay in Mallorca

We had a very good week in the house. Any trouble and help was there within 5 minutes. Marina and her husband did everything to make us feel at home. Would love to go back again some time. Sara with family

Alcudia villa marina

All was really well and worked fine. Communication with the owner was easy and efficient and they were really helpful. You definitely need some good mosquito repellent as the grass gets watered every night and attracts a lot of mosquitos and the beds are rather average . Besides that a very pleasant stay and good location to explore the north of Mallorca .

Nice location, nice interior, clean and tidy.

We had an awesome trip and will fully recommend Marinas House. The house has everything you need. Marinas son introduced us to the house and told us, that we can call him or Marina in every case. The interior of the finca was absolutely fine. So, instead of a family we were six workmates and had a great time. The Location of the house is Nice and calm. All in all we will book this house again.

Nice villa

Generally a comfortable stay, with lovely garden and pool. However double bed had noise issues and had to put mattress on floor. Cooker did not work properly. A car is a necessity, the 15 minute walk to town is hazardous and the buses would not always stop at our location.

Family including grandchildren in Alcudia

Very quiet location near beach. The villa is close to Alcudia old town, however, a car is essential. The villa is comfortable for a party of 6 adults and 2 children. The pool was very popular with the children and younger adults. The older members of our part found it difficult to access and exit the pool. The gardens and patio areas were very good with plenty of furniture, including sun beds. Being near a lake, mosquitos were a problem in the early evening. The equipment provided at the villa did not work. We purchased 30 euros of sprays and smoke rings used to be able to sit outside after dusk. The villa kitchen was reasonably well equipped, however, the preparing and chopping knives were too blunt to cut most foods. The weather was good, the beer cold and the villa provided a good accommadation for our family holiday!

Dear Margaret, thank you very much for your comment, it is very good for further improvement. I am very sorry that during your stay the mosquito repellent system that we have both at home and in the garden broke down. And of course we are going to change the knives. I reiterate my thanks for the comments. Best regards Marina

Nice, comfortable but a little dated.

Beds squeaky, electricity dodgy, no mirrors in most of the rooms - showers need repairing.

Lovely villa

The villa was perfect as was the pool area. It was walkable to the old town but did need to get the bus to the maina area. Bus was from end of the road so this was not an issue.

Vom Flughafen benötigt man ungefähr 45 min.

Lovely villa for our family stay

We had a great time staying in Marina’s villa, she could not have been more helpful and accommodating from the time we booked right through to our departure day. The villa had everything we needed for our stay, was very spacious with three lovely sized bathrooms and comfortable beds. The area is very peaceful so you will need either a rental cats or taxis to get to Alcudia old town or Port de Pollensa. We made use of the pool and the BBQ along with the gorgeous outside space. Thank you Marina for a wonderful time!

Sogar Bushalte wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt.
