Zugspitz-Rauschen 1 - Live like a dream right on the riverbank with a view of the Zugspitze

We rent 2 mobile homes on the year-round campsite "Camping Erlebnis Zugspitze" with a unique view of the highest mountain in Germany, right on the banks of the Loisach.

Our mobile homes are located in the back of the campsite - in a quiet location, right on the Loisach. They are designed in an ecological wooden frame construction and as a low-energy house.

The terrace leads directly into the living and dining area with a modern, open kitchen. Adjacent to one side is a separate bedroom (lying area 1.90m by 1.60m), opposite the bathroom. In the living room there is a second sleeping possibility on the gallery (1.80m by 1.30m). This is made possible by a loft-like ceiling height of almost 3 meters - a unique living experience in nature!

The furnishings consist of high-quality fittings and furniture, and of course a gas fireplace ensures cozy winter evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots and dishes.
In this wonderful atmosphere, we deliberately avoided installing a TV, free WiFi is available for this. Bed linen for every season and towels are provided.
In addition to the covered wooden terrace, there is an exposed patio on the roof - unique, with a magnificent view of the Zugspitze.

Our guests can use all services of the campsite on site, including: a. the separate ski room with boot warmers, WiFi and also the wellness and sauna area of the partner campsite, Camping Resort Zugspitze.
The bus stop is right on the square, grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance.

"Camping Experience Zugspitze" is located in Grainau near Garmisch-Partenkirchen, in the center of a fantastic holiday world with countless leisure activities.

Enjoy excursion destinations such as the impressive mountains of the Werdenfelser Land, the market town of Garmisch-Partenkirchen with its rich cultural offerings or the King Ludwig castles in the region. You can expect a wide range of sports from mountaineering and hiking, cycling, MTB tours, golfing, canoeing / kayaking and water sports on the surrounding lakes to snow-sure winter sports on Germany's highest mountain.
