Enjoy a complementary coffee & tea bar & snacks upon arrival. We have now added the “ LUXURY-All INCLUSIVE” for all guest!!! The luxury all inclusive gives our guest the option to book a private chef or private driver during your stay. Get the full Luxury experience & let us accommodate all of your needs. If you need a round trip to & from the airport, a private driver for the day, or a home cooked meal prepared at your convenience in your home away from home we have you covered!! Please contact us for more details to book prior to your check-in.

Guest who host parties will have their reservation automatically cancelled w/ no refunds. No smoking in unit. Must use patio/balcony & keep balcony door shut so smoke does not enter the unit. If smoking in the house or there is any smell of smoke in the unit you will be charged up to $350.

Any additional guest not on reservation will not be permitted to stay overnight. If additional guest stay over night you will be charged $125 per person per night for each additional guest.

Please use make-up towels when washing off make-up or tanner. If make-up stain’s any towels, linens, or bedding you will be charged up to $350.

Missing keys or key fob $500 fee
Missing parking pass $50 fee

Our host was great to work with. Her directions were perfect and it was easy to get in and out. We had everything we needed while we stayed there. The pool was relaxing for us during a busy week. I would only suggest drink coasters for your table and we weren’t sure what to do with the towels before we left. Thank you for being so open to communication and making our trip easy.

Great stay. Spacious rooms with a cozy feel. Close proximity to NRG Stadium just a 10 to 12 minute walk. I would suggest replacing the coffee creamers as they have curdled. Second shower doesn’t drain fast enough.

Great Communication

We were in town for a dive meet. This place was way better than staying at a hotel. We had plenty of room and was able to relax between events. Chyna was the perfect host and did a great job communicating how to check in and out. Would stay here again!
