Our apartment is in first floor no need to climb stairs. You can see the MD Anderson Cancer Center from the apartment complex. The railroad runs in front of it. It is one of the three closest apartment complexes to MD Anderson. The apartment has everything you need. There are basic kitchen utensils, towels, linens, washer and dryer. There are grocery stores nearby; Kroger, Target, Fiesta. NRG center is two stops away by train. Rice University is two stops away by train.

A great location. Also, great facilities with pool and gym. The living quarters were quite nice and comfortable.Patio and patio furniture were dirty and unusable.Dining room windows didn’t appear to have been cleaned in months.Otherwise a nice place to stay.

Welcoming and nice apartment in an excellent location to MDAnderson Cancer Center. It was within walking distance, but didn’t seem like a safe alternative. A friend walked during the day though! Gated and nice amenities. It was a great place to walk in the circles. Our host was very accommodating.

Excellent Host

Property just as pictured. What impressed me the most was the responsive host. I had so many questions and Sara was kind and professional enough to respond them promptly to me. My family was very pleased with the stay and would recommend Sara to our friends and family.

The property was well kept and comfortable. We had everything needed. The train is nearby but it makes great background white noise. We were super close to the med center which was needed as we were here for a procedure. Deliveries and pick up from things like uber and door dash were simple and convenient. Not the greatest neighborhood necessarily but it felt safe and secure. Sarah the host was friendly and quick to answer any questions.

Sarah is a great host. Communication was quick and straightforward. The reclining living room chairs were extremely comfortable and easy to relax in during the evenings. The location of the apartment was easy to find and easy to get back to at the end of the day. I hope to rent this apartment again for future trips to Houston.
