Property manager send text day of arrival saying place not available, we had to pay double and find something else

Hello! I am originally from Kansas and moved to Colorado for college where I got my degree in Marketing. In my last year I took an internship down here in Cabo with Baja Brewing Company (a local craft brewery) and fell in love with Cabo, the Mexican culture, language and the people. I couldn't wait to get back... I took my Jeep with two dogs in it and a trailer with all of my things to my last final then hit the road as soon as it was over! I have been down here now for 4 years and do property management on the side for fun. If you have any questions, please reach out!

Why they chose this property

The area here is amazing. At the property there are many benefits such as the pools and gym to use but it is also a very safe area. Being such a short distance to downtown and the marina, I like to start my morning off by walking down there and trying a new coffee shop or getting some lunch in the marina.

What makes this property unique

The condo was furnished with you in mind. We didn't cheap out on furniture or features such as a fully stocked kitchen, 55 and 65in flat screens with sound bars, Egyptian cotton towels... We really just went all out to give you the best experience.
