Indoor-outdoor living, BBQ grill, large flat screen smart TV’s with US and Canadian channels, high-speed internet, well-appointed kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals or snacks, and just steps away to infinity edge pool with sweeping ocean and city views.

All bedrooms have king-size beds, upscale linens, plenty of closet space, flat screen smart TV’s, separate air-conditioning systems, and private bathrooms equipped with Travertine, rain shower-heads, blow-dryers, and toiletries. Dual sinks in the master bath, an over-sized walk-in shower, and a soaking tub.

Our stay was wonderful and the view is spectacular. The condo is spacious, very clean, with all the amenities. The owners and property management are easy to work with and responded in a timely manner with any questions we had before and during our stay. Quick walk to downtown and the marina. Everything was perfect! It was a great week. The condo is beautiful with everything you could need for a comfortable , enjoyable stay! The location was wonderful, near downtown and the marina…. And the views! Thank you to the owners and management company. Everyone and everything deserves 5 stars! And to top it off, we caught 3 Marlin on our fishing trip!!

Family trip to Cabo

Very nice stay. Beautiful condo. Plenty of room for 5 adults. Condo was stocked with items needed to cook in the kitchen. Lots of construction going on nearby during the day. Can view the marina from the terrace. 20 minute walk to marina area.

Great Pedregal Condo

The Condo is fully equipped and well maintained. It is professionally managed! We stopped to get the basics at Costco, however so many necessities were already supplied. This is a first class facility and absolutely perfect for 3 couples! Hope to stay there again!

Beautiful Views

Had a wonderful family vacation with our adult children/spouces. The indoor/outdoor living space is perfect to gather and gaze at the city below. The pool/hot tub have great views as well. The whales were very active in the bay and fun to watch with binoculars. It's a good hike into town, but also an easy Uber ride away. Great communication with the property owners and Bianca our concierge.

Amazing huge condo in Cabo!

Loved everything about the condo including all the extras, fully stocked very functional kitchen and outstanding balcony with BBQ, watching the hummingbirds, the location and view, the gym, the pool and so HOT hot tub, the excellent A/C system in all the huge bedrooms and living room and best of all the friendly caring TEAM (Shelly, Ali and Alfonso) who answered so many queries before and during our vacation. So appreciate all the team did to make our experience so enjoyable!

SPECTACULAR!

This property is truly spectacular down to every detail! First of all....THAT VIEW with a massive deck space is stunning!!! The furnishings are exquisite and the mattresses are comfortable. Our concierge Bianca was wonderful and the access to the Pedregal private beach was so much fun. We loved our stay there, we only wish it could have been longer! This is paradise! The views are breathtaking, high end furnishings, walking distance to everything!

The condo was better then expected! My family of 5, 3 adult children, made the most incredible memories here. Great location, very safe, comfortable beds and the best host! The pool was nice and relaxing. The condo had everything, it was very clean and up to date with beautiful furnishings. She provided a concierge service to help arrange transportation, set up excursions and had restaurant suggestions that were all amazing! We will be back, thank you for everything!

Beautiful

The condo was fantastic, even better than the photos. Shelly the owner was wonderful. We had some bad weather during our stay and she kept in touch through our vacation to make sure everything was ok. We also used the concierge Ali. She was outstanding in helping us with dining reservations, private chef and grocery delivery. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning.

AMAZING

This property was not exactly what was advertised, it was much much better. From the second we pulled into the complex it was beyond our expectations. The view, layout, and location is simply incredible. The place is stocked with everything and anything you might need. The evenings on the deck are simply magic. We were sad to leave and will return very soon.

Beautiful condo, amazing location

The property was even more beautiful than the pictures portrayed. We enjoyed coffee on the deck overlooking the ocean, walked almost everywhere and thoroughly enjoyed the amenities (pool, tennis courts and the gym). The owner, Shelly, and our concierge, Ali, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Ali coordinated our airport transportation, helped us book a private chef and provided great suggestions and answers to all our questions. Thank you both for going above and beyond!

Gorgeous Condo W/great view

First, the condo was beautiful. The morning sunrise from the balcony was spectacular and the city lights at night was awesome. The full sliding doors to the balcony gave a feel of openness and outdoor living. Shelly was absolutely incredible making sure everything we needed was provided including having the concierge, Ali, who met us at the condo at check in and provided so much valuable information for us. Don was so helpful in providing us a list of golf courses we should play. The pool area was not crowded and we met other vacationers and residents that made the relaxing time by the pool even more enjoyable.Thank you Shelly, Ali and Don for being great hosts.

Incredible!

I can't say enough good things about this property! From our first interactions with Shelly, to the amazing services that their concierge - Bianca provided us with throughout our whole stay, to the actual property itself, everything about our trip was incredible. Shelly was so friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that our vacation was relaxing and enjoyable. The unit was extremely clean and had every amenity we could have asked for. Bianca arranged everything for us from our transportation to our dinner reservations/excursions to our grocery services. We were constantly blown away by how helpful she was. If you are looking for a beautiful property with exceptional customer service, this place is for you!

Stunning penthouse!

Spectacular penthouse with amazing views and high end furnishings and amenities. The pictures do not do it justice! The space was extremely clean and included everything you needed for your stay and more. We were three couples that stayed for a week snd everyone found the mattresses very comfortable. It took approximately fifteen minutes to walk to town and bars and restaurants. I would recommend a car to anyone with mobility issues. The location is on the side of a mountain and walking back up can be very difficult as it is quite steep. Overall we all had an incredible stay here and a fabulous vacation!!

Pictures don't do justice

This place was truly fully stocked. I mean, everything you can think of potentially needing was available. Many places mention they're fully stocked, but this one actually is. This made the stay so easy with my group of friends. Also, the view is amazing. The pictures dont do this place justice. You'll be pleased. The Concierge, Ali, was great! She was so responsive and helpful. The owners were also quickly to respond to any messages. The property was clean and is well maintained. The neighborhood is very quiet and secured, we felt safe seeing cameras and workers all around. Enjoy this place!! We will definitely be back. The location is close to the marina and city life. Prime location!

Fantastic stay in Cabo!

We had a wonderful 8 night stay with our 2 adult children and their spouses at Shelly’s property in Pedregal. Pictures don’t do it justice! First of all, it is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean with a stunning view from the deck; we were delighted to find it very well stocked with all the basics and more in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry; our beds were comfortable with quality linens; and it is in a great location - minutes from restaurants, grocery, and church. We used daily the property’s gym and pool, both were very clean and well maintained. Our concierge, Ali, was very helpful in arranging our airport transportation, pre-stocking groceries and arranging access by Uber and taxis through the secure gated entrance. Both Shelly and Ali responded promptly whenever we had questions or needed assistance. All in all an EXCELLENT experience! We would highly recommend this property and hope to return again soon.

Peaceful and spacious retreat

Casa Bella Vista is exactly as pictured. To say that it is spacious would not do it justice. It's very well done. The furnishings are first class and it has a general soothing vibe. Nothing was overlooked from light up makeup mirrors in the bathrooms to the flashlights (with extra batteries) in each bedroom to the convenient baskets of beach towels in all of the rooms. The beds are extremely comfortable. I was asleep the moment my head hit the pillow. Great linens. The showers are huge and the hot water was plentiful. The view is excellent. There is no one above this unit which lends an extra air of privacy. Wifi was great. I worked most mornings and it was seamless. Shelly, the property owner, was very gracious and a pleasure to communicate with. The property manager and concierge were ready and able to tackle our every request. I would say that we will return but we won't. We loved it so much we bought our own place a few doors down so now we are neighbors! Thanks Shelly, Lisa and Jess!

Even better than the pictures show

We loved everything about the condo, we would go back with friends or family because it’s well suited for 4 or 6 people. The view is amazing but the condo itself is top notch, the finishes and overall setup is amongst the best you can hope for. The concierge Bianca was very accommodating and we felt at home right away. Communications throughout was great and the owners are very responsive. To be fair, it’s up the hill so I’d say you need a car to move around properly or use shared drive services. But we had a car, that was not an issue for us. There is some construction nearby, it didn’t really bother us and to be honest there’s construction in a lot places we went on vacation to, including TCI, and you just work around it. We’d love to go back!

Extraordinarily Awesome!

Every single part of this process and property was perfect. We couldn’t believe how thorough the property and its amenities were. The view was astonishing. The location was perfect (literally minutes from downtown Cabo). The decor was beautiful. The function was awesome. I’ve never stayed anywhere that made me feel like I was at home. We will plan future trips to Cabo around the availability of this specific unit.

Beautiful Condo

My family and our friend stayed at this beautiful condo during spring break. We woke up every morning to a beautiful sunrise and the town of San Lucas waking up. The condo was clean and the owners have thought of every item you might need during your stay. Jess, the concierge was fantastic! I highly recommend this place.
