The cabin was the perfect getaway spot! It had so many touches that were unexpected but created the coziest, most welcoming vibe. Would definitely stay again and will be recommending to all our friends when they're in the area!
Was the perfect get away if you want privacy...totally secluded! Check in process was simple, owner was great to communicate with and very responsive. We immensely enjoyed our stay! Facilites were kept up and kitchen stocked for all we needed. Will definitely be booking here again!
We loved thid place. The view was amazing. The cabin had everything you need from shampoo to a fully stocked kitchen. The bed was super comfy. It felt very quickly like home. Alison was great. She quickly answered any question I had.

My wife and I loved this place! Because of the isolated location it was very peaceful and the view from the deck was fantastic. It could not have been any better.
A friend and I stayed at this cabin 3 nights to do some walleye fishing on the New River. It was a little hard to find, but that is the only negative about this place. It was beautiful, clean, comfortable and inviting. Could not have envisioned a better stay for our trip.
We booked a trip to fly fish on the New River. The house was as described and perfect. We met the guides approximately 10 minutes from the house at Foster Falls. Great trip!
We had the most relaxing little getaway! The cabin was clean, comfortable and well provisioned. We enjoyed the porch the most for morning coffee and evening wine. The view was spectacular and it was so quiet and peaceful! We will definitely be booking again.
The cabin is impeccably clean and very nicely decorated. The wrap around porch is an ideal place to relax. Views from two sides are really gorgeous.
It is definitely a treasure in Max Meadows. If we're in the area again, I hope to stay there.
Cabin was exactly as described, and a perfect remote hideaway to relax for a few days. Very much enjoyed sitting out on the deck and watching the sunrise and sunset. Clean, well stocked with items we needed for cooking and grateful to be able to bring our dogs where they enjoyed roaming around the property.
We loved the cabin! We rented it to stay for a few days for a mini getaway for my cousins wedding in Woodlawn. It was perfect and so peaceful! Owners are great, and everything was very easy! Our toddler loved the driving through “the forest” to the cabin.
