This condo is fantastic - very comfortable, extremely well kept and super easy to get to from the boat dock. We could not have had a better time on Little Gasparilla Island. Rob and Renee are great owners and Dawn did a wonderful job ensuring we were well taken care of. The owners provide beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, a cart to get everything to the beach, etc. Top to bottom, this was one of our best vacations!
Dawn was very good to keep in contact and answer questions we had. It was important that she told us what we needed to bring to stay in the condo to make our stay more enjoyable. With the ferry as the transportation it was importsnt to plan ahead for our stay.
Property was exactly as described, very clean and well stocked! Property managers were super helpful and responded immediately when we had questions. We had an amazing time and really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Property was clean and well stocked with essential. Property manager, Dawn, was great with taking care of any issues that arose. Our family made wonderful memories. We all hated saying good-bye to LGI.

We look forward to hosting you again, MaryBeth! Thank you for taking such good care of the property and enjoying our little piece of paradise!
My gf and I had an amazing time. We really enjoyed this quiet peaceful island. The unit was impressive, clean and comfortable with all the amenities you need. The water taxi was easy to use and the captain was friendly. We enjoyed the pool, walking the beach everyday, finding shells and shark's teeth, taking naps and cooking meals. The sunsets on the beach were amazing. If you truly want to wind down, this is the perfect place. We want to return one day!
Lovely and roomy. Photos do. Or do unit justice. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bedding. Hurricane has left its mark in the island. Glad to help support area with a few tourist dollars!
This was our second time to Little Gasparilla Island. We got engaged here and decided to honeymoon here. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The only issue was the construction going on that was not mentioned before we booked. Really wasn’t an issue since we are early risers. However, the construction workers need to be aware of safety for people who are staying in the units during construction especially when using overhead cranes.

Happy Anniversary, Vivian! What a beautiful place to celebrate! We're glad the condo met your expectations and appreciate your review. I have contacted the supervisor and asked that they stay aware of guests and owners as they complete the repairs from Hurricane Ian. We do apologize for any inconvenience. We look forward to you visiting your special place again!
