Awesome trip!

My family of 5 enjoyed every second of this stay! The place was beautifully remodeled, fresh, clean and well-organized! They had everything we could possibly need! The beach was pristine and relaxing. The communication with Dawn about the property was absolutely incredible. She offered help in any way, detailed instructions, suggestions about places in the area, and overall was the friendliest host imaginable. We could not have enjoyed our stay more. We will be back!

Loved all of it

Our family of five had a great time, wish we could have stayed longer. Amenities were great, very nice cookware and kitchen supplies, plenty of beach towels for three boys in and out of the ocean and pool all day, and nice beach chairs, as well as beach toys for our two year old. Property manager checked in via text, to ensure everything was good, and she went out of her way to supply a high chair and pack and play for our little one. There was a lot of ongoing construction on neighboring condos, but it was never a real problem. All the neighbors and contractors at the resort were extremely friendly. Island was great with plentiful wildlife, endless shells, and just great place to get away from the day to day. Hoping to return next year.

Heaven!

So happy that I found this listing! Perfect location with beachfront balcony, not far from bayside dock and easy access to the beach. Host was great! Very responsive and informative from the time of booking throughout our stay. Ferry captain was great and personable. Evan and Island Grocery Delivery saved us the huge headache of lugging a weeks worth of groceries to the condo and is a must!! Premises were well maintained and condo was very clean with everything we needed for a week. I was also very impressed with the first aid kit! My son was barbed by a catfish and it had all things necessary for any kind of injury. This was our second time on the island, but first at Placida Condos and it is now our favorite! A week of relaxing, reading, beaching, fishing and spending family time was exactly what my family needed to recharge! We love LGI! Would most definitely book this condo again and look forward to returning!
