About this property

Antique Provincetown Home in the Center of Town - Sleeps 12!

This classic Provincetown antique home is located in the center of town steps away from all the restaurants, shops, and bars of Provincetown! Built in circa 1830, the home retains many original details: wide plank floors, authentic six over six windows, two period fireplace mantels, and original door and window trim. The first floor has a sunny living room, separate dining room, full kitchen, a full bath and two spacious bedrooms. The second floor features three additional large bedrooms (one of which has a separate entrance) and another two bathrooms and a laundry room. There is a large patio up front to store bikes and a private brick patio on the West side of the house that is perfect for dining and grilling out.

This is a new rental with a new owner and therefore there are no reviews. Please note that at some times the owner will live in an upstairs apartment with a separate entrance and the home will be listed as a 4BR/2BA on VRBO #2864615.

Great Stay For Family Close to Center OF Town
We had a great stay with our family of 13 of all ages! Matt was a perfect host and helped us with our check in. The bathrooms were all newly renovated and beautiful. The house was spacious and had great WiFi for remote work. It is in a great central location only a block from Commercial St.
