4 Bdrm home…and at first glance it looks like the quintessential cape cottage, but upon opening the front door the 15 foot ceilings take you eyes up and to the back of the house showing you the true size of this gem! The living room and dining room have 2 of the queen size bedrooms off of them,and as you continue through the house to the full eat-in kitchen, which was totally remodeled and updated for the summer season, you also find the newly remolded bath, and the 3rd queen bedroom ….continuing on, you come to the 4th and king size master bedroom and another new bath, all of this on one level and steps to the private patio in the back yard! The front of the house has a lovely grassed yard and flower gardens w 2 high beautiful trees for shade on the hot summer days. The house has Central A C...As stated this home is steps to everything Provincetown has to offer and enjoy!!! The private driveway has room for 3 vehicles of any size...PS. Please know that this is our home we live in year round so it lives as such...we expect all who stay to treat it as you would your own!!

Perfect Ptown

Our group had a wonderful stay here! All of the bedrooms are comfortable and the whole house is thoughtfully decorated. The outdoor area was relaxing with a beautiful garden. Most notably, the kitchen was well organized and had everything you needed in just the right place. The location is ideal as well

Wonderful home and location

Really impressed with the home and the amazing location. Everything was well kept, the front yard was beautiful and the seating area behind the house was used daily, and being a block away from Joe’s Coffee and the Boatslip was perfect. Had a wonderful vacation.

Very clean and well-equipped property in the best location for a PTown week, 2 minute walk to Tea, A-House, Pergatory, and 5 minutes to the grocery store. Cozy but comfortable and stocked with everything you need for a great week.

Best location I have ever had in Ptown! The rooms are even more comfortable/better than pictures suggest. We had a wonderful time. So easy and Brian was very helpful.

Location, Location, Location

My group and I go up to Provincetown every year for the Memorial Day Weekend but last year we were disappointed in our other rental and we needed to upgrade to a bigger house for this year. I stumbled upon Brian’s home and read some of the reviews which all spoke highly of this house. I spoke to Brian initially to get cost and breakdown and he made it easy with deposit times and due dates. When we arrived at the house it was so nice to see the the house looked exactly as it was pictured and we were taken aback by how long the driveway was. I do want to make a recommendation though- anyone who parks in this driveway, do yourself a favor and back in because backing out can be challenging depending on the time of day. After we checked over the house we went to go introduce ourselves to Brian at the salon next door. It was really nice to meet him and to be finally able to put a face to the name and emails. I do want to mention that if you are looking for a home that is close to Bradford street then this is an awesome house. To say it was close is an understatement and the house was maybe a 2 minute walk to the Boatslip and maybe a 5 minute walk to Crown & Anchor depending on how fast you walked. We were actually surprised the first day we walked down it and I remember one of my friends laughing because it was so close that it actually took her by surprise. On our third night there someone in our group blew a fuse so I had the pleasure of talking to Brian to try to sort it out. Needless to say it was a bit embarrassing and after 5-10 minutes of playing with the fuse box with no avail he sent in a friend to help us. After his friend got there it took him approximately 45 seconds to fix the fuse. For anyone whose staying here... it's the fuse on the top left and really yank it down haha. I do have to say though that Brian did an awesome job trying to walk us thru it and he had a bit of a sense of humor. I mean, after all, what lesbians don't understand how a fuse box works? Overall, we were super happy and the listing was completely accurate. It was actually really nice to see how the house fit together once we got into it. Pictures never fully explain a house but I believe you will be pleasantly surprised. Brian was great and we didn't have any issues. It was cleaned for us and we did the best to the return the favor for Brian. I highly recommend it and if we have another big group next year it'll be the first that I chose to go back too!

Charming house in a perfect location!

Our group stayed here for a week-long vacation in Ptown. The house is spacious, well appointed (with a large kitchen with new appliances, full washer/dryer, television and wifi), and in a great location close to the everything. The beds were all comfortable, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely book this house again!

Excellent Oasis

My group of friends (8 adults) enjoyed spreading out and making the most the indoor and outdoor sitting spots. The weather was nice, so we had the windows open enjoying the breeze most of our stay. The place certainly does not lack natural light, and flowers out front are a showstopper. Being close to Commercial Street was the cherry on top. A wonderful place, would come back and definitely recommend.

Ptown for the 4th!

A great home! Me and 7 friends rented this property for a week and it was perfect. The house is perfectly located, adorable and has a new kitchen. Favorite part was the outdoor shower, which I and many of my housemates used every day. Would definitely rent here again.

Nicely outfitted house in a great location

We (2 couples and 4 of our 20-something year old kids) stayed there for the last week of June. The house is in good condition and well laid out, especially the kitchen (which is really good and has been redone recently). The common space is nicely laid out and furnished (and some interesting art work on the walls!). The kitchen was great for cooking and the pull up counter was well suited to have a snack at. The living room and dining area are also well sized and furnished. There is also a small but decent sitting area outside in the back yard. The location of the house is very good, being only a 3-4 minute walk from Commercial St. Despite being on Bradford, we didn't notice much traffic noise at night which was good for sleeping. Would definitely stay there again!

Great home, great location

Our group was in town for a wedding at the Pilgrim Monument, and this property was perfectly located for all the events surrounding the wedding. The property was perfect for our 2 couples and 2 singles to spread out and still hang out. We loved everything about the place, and had no problems whatsoever! Beautiful home!

Overall the stay was fantastic! The house could not be in a better location. You are just steps away from amazing restaurants and shops! The house itself was beyond what we expected, the pictures didn't do it justice! The floors, fixtures, and amenities are incredible and modern with a beautiful outdoor seating area, perfect for a nice cool summer evening. We had 6 people staying and it was more than enough room for all of us! Would absolutely stay again!

Finally found the perfect vacation home in PTown!

I've been coming to PTown for many years now. And this house is absolutely the best in town. The location is perfect - ideally located close to everything (restaurants, bars, grocery store, bike trails, tea dance, etc) but also a block or two away for quiet and privacy. The house is comfortable and spacious with enough room for 8 guests. The bedrooms are nicely sized and the shared living space - kitchen, living room, bathrooms, are modern and clean. The outdoor space is awesome, including the outdoor shower! The property manager is very proud of his home and was very polite & gracious in sharing it with us. Check-in and out process was super easy. We had no issues so there wasn't much communication, but if you need anything they're nearby! We look forward to staying here again next year!

Great House, Great Location

This house was perfect! It was quiet but close to the hustle and bustle. Brian has the house stocked with everything and more than you would at your house at home. The check in process was seamless and easy. I think our favorite part was the cute back yard with outdoor couches automatic awning...we used it every morning, afternoon and evening!

Great house in a great location!

Our group of five stayed here for a long weekend and had a great time! The house is deceptively large with lots of communal living space. All four bedrooms are well appointed and the kitchen has everything you need. The location is excellent! A very short stroll down to commercial street with loads of shops, restaurants and bars a stones throw away. I would have no hesitation in recommending this house for a stay in PTown!

Exactly what we had in mind!

My group of 8 women stayed here for Women's Week and we couldn't have been more happy when we arrived! The location could not be more perfect, just a very short walk to all the fun of Commercial Street. The personal touches we noticed immediately upon entering, such a soft music playing and towels laid out on all of the beds really made us feel at home. The house is more than adequately equipped with anything you could possibly need or want. I would highly recommend this lovely house for your Provincetown stay!

Great vacation home

I spent many summers on the cape, and always loved P-town. I brought my father back here for his 75th birthday.The house was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. It was great having clean sheets and towels available. And we loved the comfortable beds. We used the outdoor BBQ and patio. We also used the separate entrance for the master bedroom. Three car parking! Fantastic location to all that p-town offers. What more do you want in a vacation home.

I’ve been in Provincetown since 1980 and have owned Salon 54 since 1988, which by the way is convienently located next door to the house..my husband Kevin and I take great pride in the property..He takes great care of the outside and I concentrate on the details inside..
We live in the house in the off season and open the house up for rental in the summer...

Why they chose this property

I chose to purchase this property, as it was directly next door to my Salon business...it also was a property that belonged to a couple who owned the house for 64 years and who I became very fond of...when they both past I had the opportunity to purchase the house but passed it up!!!
Then in 2011 the opportunity arose again and this time I bit the bullet..so to speak..
So now, I’ve started to update much of the property keeping in mind the look and feel of the house and the Cape...so please come and enjoy!!!!

What makes this property unique

We find the location of the house to be so attractive as it is close enough to downtown and restaurants, but far enough removed from the maddening crowds...of course if that’s what your looking for, as said, it’s a short walk to find...lol
