Great football weekend. 40 short minutes away from stadium. BEAUTIFUL drive into the neighborhood. Super clean home. Comfortable. Nothing could ever beat staying directly in Athens, except a house that is half the cost with double the space. We loved our two family gathering.

The property is advertised as a lake house but there wasn’t a lake. The pool is far away from the house not attached. The worst part is all the showers didn’t have good water pressure and when I told the host she said she would take care of it and never did. After we left she would not help assist with our bad stay.

HOSTS BEWARE!!! This guy booked the property, stayed for four days. On the night before check-out he started making complaints about the water pressure being too low, and asked if I could give them a discount. If not, he would leave a bad review. He made false statements saying, that there "isn't a lake in the the back of the home," & "the pool is far away." HE stated that, it wasn't laundry, or dish detergent. When in fact there's a lake directly in the backyard of the home and the pool is a short TWO MINUTE DRIVE. There was laundry pods, and detergent left out for their use. The bottom-line is, he will book your property, and make up lies to ask for a refund or some sort of discount, and if you refuse, he will leave a bad review. It's a new construction home under 4 months old. The pictures, and description are correct. Also, they tampered with one of the locked doors, and the plate on the lock was falling apart. I didn't even report that, I was just glad they were out.

Whether, you're here for a weekend getaway, business or family trip, or simply to relax and get a peace of mind. THIS IS ONE, YOU SURELY DON'T WANT TO MISS!!!
