The place was very nice but the bathtub wasn't properly cleaned and unfortunately a cleaner was unable to get there in time. It was an inconvenience , but I appreciate the cleaning fee refund.

Condo was clean and exactly as described. Location for skiing is great, although the trail was not snow covered for our stay but that’s just because it was so early in the season. Host was helpful. Would stay again.

Great location- parked directly in front of unit, made unloading a breeze. Exceptional communication with owner. Property was as described. Could have used more linens, pantry basics, and hooks for ski apparel.Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return.

The property manager was amazing and provided all the information we needed for a seamless check in. The house was clean and mirrored the online description. One issue issue we had and it is not concerning the resident...phone service in the mountain. Our carrier is Tmobile and man it sucked up there. The resident had great WIFI and so did all the places we attended including restaurants, but other than that, ouch!!! I would definetely stay at this resident again. Thanks Lisa.

Great place!

This was our first time to the Poconos. Had a great time! The house was super nice and very clean. Well stocked with linens, blankets, pillows and a stocked kitchen of everything you would need to cook! Stocked with basic necessities; toilet paper, laundry and dishwasher detergent, coffee and filters, etc…The beds were super comfortable and you can adjust the temperature in each of the rooms. The remote to the heat & a/c systems were a little hard to work, had to watch the videos, and eventually figured it out. It is in a gated community and has a community center where you can go to the indoor pool/ hot tub and gym. Overall a nice place to stay!

Extremely disappointed. The property was not as pictured. There were signs of wear and tear, numerous water stains on the ceiling, cracks in the walls, fireplace needed a good cleaning (we didn't use it), thick dust on living room ceiling fan. Couch, chairs & beds old and uncomfortable - just overall tired property. Didn't use laundry, kitchen was ok, mini coffee maker for a property that supposedly slept 8 people. Rugs were old and worn, ugly gates at every stairway. Gate leading to basement was a complete hazard, the lip of the steps was broken and someone could have easily tripped and fallen down the stairs and really hurt themselves. The loft bathroom sink cabinet was disgusting and dirty. This cost a lot of money per night and I understand it was a holiday week but I definitely did not get what I overpaid for. I think property owners should only submit pictures that are no more than ONE YEAR old because it's very deceptive. I would not recommend this property to anyone, even at the non-holiday much lower price.

Soccer Weekend

The property was nice. Well kept and surprisingly quiet. The place was nice. A fun layout for the kids. There wasn't a working tv in the room with bunk beds that was a bummer for kids. No wash cloths, paper towls or garbage bags. It had everything else. It wasn't as clean as expected. Under couches and beds was noticed when checking for lost objects. The shower downstairs not as clean as expected. The manager was very easy to communicate with when an issue arose and we were welcomed to stay several hours past our check out which was thoughtful. We would stay again!

Comfortable and well appointed house

Wonderful house in a great location. It was perfect for our holiday gathering. The living room was large and comfy and the kitchen was well appointed. We enjoyed the fireplace and appreciated access to wood and starters. The bedrooms were as described- the primary as a loft and the two other bedrooms on the lowest floor. Ski in ski out access was easy- even with camelback being only partially open. Security regarding access to the complex was strong. The host was communicative and accommodating.

Ski In Ski Out Condo

The location of the condo is great. Ski in Ski out was a plus. We had 4 adults, one 13 year old and a 5 year old. We also invited 2 adults to dinner for one night. Although the condo states that it sleeps 10, there was not enough room to seat 10 comfortably for dinner. The benches do not comfortably seat 3 adults. It was weird not to have ice cube trays in the freezer. Also, there was a fireplace, but no matches. Things I would have brought if I thought I would need them. The condo was clean, but dated. The biggest issue was that there was an underlying odor of dogs. Not pleasant. Overall, the condo served its purpose, but we all could have done with more space,amenities, and lack of odor.
