3-bdrm Huxley Farmhouse. Formerly Armstrong Farm. Great for skiing and hiking.

Great location for skiers! 10 minutes away from Windham and 20 minutes away from Hunter.

Enjoy your stay at a secluded farm house. It is rustic and serene. Bask is the sun-drench living room with floor-to-ceiling windows and 180 degree mountain view. Curl up near a wood-burning stove or go out to dinner in the Catskill, Hudson, or Durham. All three locations are within driving range.
The space
A spacious kitchen with central bar and chairs to have morning coffee or evening cocktails.
A dining room with a large table that seats six.
The living room has a 180-degree view of the mountains as well as a large, flat-screen TV. It has a wood-burning stove that provides a cozy ambiance for the cooler nights.
The 2 downstairs bedrooms are bright and cozy.
Full access to the entire upper floor/master-bedroom/loft upstairs. It’s a much larger space with a TV, private bathroom and walk-in closet.
The back deck has a large outdoor seating area with a barbecue.
Guest access
You can access the entire main floor. The basement is off-limits.

Spacious and well furnished

The property is very comfortable with multiple amenities and views to relax. The property is a little close to the road so you can hear and sometimes see cars pass by from the hot tub/porch. Great star gazing spot.

Excellent mix of a rustic mountain house with updated humanities...

We chose this property for its location which was right in the middle of everything. We traveled my motorcycle up and did so much exploring on the beautiful well-maintained winding roads through the mountains... The house was beautiful, the location was outstanding, and the neighbors, cows and horses were very friendly... The house was beautiful the interior was spectacular and the bedding was extremely comfortable. Looking forward to coming back...
