Kickback & relax as you watch the yachts cruise by from the comfort of either 2 of your private oversized balconies.. Located in the heart of downtown las olas & walking distance from the best bars & restaurants in Ft Lauderdale, while only a 10 minute drive to the beach.

From our balcony you can see our yacht right across from our building. To give you the full south Florida experience we are including a complimentary charter on our 55ft sea ray. We will have our 1st mate meet you down stairs & escort you to the yacht where you will find a bottle of Moët waiting for you.

Great views and a great location.

Beautiful views of the New River and the ocean. One block to Las Olas restaurants and shops, water taxis. The hosts were very responsive.

Beautiful view of the river and enjoyed every day of our stay

26Jan23 to 18mar23 We were three seniors who enjoyed our six weeks stay. The condo was clean with floor to ceiling windows and a gorgeous river view. Many boats, big and small, ply this river and its mesmerizing to watch them go by. This high-rise building is only a few years old and has all the modern amenities including a library, a swimming pool with hot-tub and gym room with enough equipment. The Las Olas Riverwalk is just outside the building. We enjoyed strolling along and admiring the many boats on this very busy river. The hosts Abeer and Micha were friendly, gracious and very responsive. We even got to have a boat cruise in their boat. Bhushan K, Oakville, Ontario, Canada
