What a beautiful place to stay. A quaint little Cottage set away from the hustle and bustle. The Cottage was clean, tidy and well resourced. Our host was amazing, her communication was prompt and helpful, and even though it was Christmas Day, she took a break from her own family to bring some timber for our log fire. A stay we really enjoyed, thanks MJ.

This is a beautiful property located out of town in an area full of birdsong - a delightful, restful location, with walks on the doorstep and beaches, towns, great shops and restaurants and local history only a short drive away.

Delightful cottage

In a very quiet location in the foothills. Lots of wildlife around. Easy access to local town and great walks from the doorstep. Would definitely return.

Lovely area, small but clean house

Mary is a sweet person and the area is lovely. The shower was difficult to maintain and even temperature and the drain was misplaced causing water to go into the main bathroom. The rooms are very small, beds shoved up against the wall making it difficult to get out without waking your partner.

Thank you for your review, we are delighted you loved this fabulous area of Southern Ireland. Our shower /wet room system is quite different to the States. The entire area of the cottage/ rooms , positioning of furniture etc with ample space are all clearly visible in the photos on the VRBO site prior to booking. Super schoon en mooi huisje met vele extra’s

Wij hebben enorm genoten van dit huisje. Het is niet groot, maar heeft alle voorzieningen en is super schoon (wat ik heel fijn vind). Vooral de kleine extra details vond ik leuk, overal was aan gedacht; shampoo, douchecel, maandverband, extra toiletpapier, theezakjes, doosjes ontbijtgranen. Wij voelden ons heel welkom hierdoor.

Mountain retreat
