This new construction Modern Farmhouse Style home
The house has has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, plus a loft and will sleep 12 people in beds. The main level of the home feature a huge open concept kitchen to living room that flows south onto a large covered porch overlooking the 9th fairway of The Orchards golf course. The main floor also has the primary bedroom with a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and walk-in closet. The second floor has 3 more bedrooms and 2 baths. At the top of the stairs you will find a inviting loft area for movies and reading. The “Garage” is a recreation room with ping pong and foosball tables, and a glass garage door for plenty of light. Outdoors you will find a cover porch with a dining table for 6, Adirondack chairs and a sofa. In the backyard enjoy a fire pit with 8 chairs (bring you own wood). The home is 1 minute walk to The Orchards Clubhouse with 18 holes, locker rooms, full bar, lounge, a deck for lunch or a Friday night fish fry! The home is less than a 2 mile walk or bike ride into Egg Harbor with shopping, restaurants, breweries, the public beach and marina with boat launch.
