Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put all furniture and bedding back where it was upon your arrival including outside furniture.
Bring all towels to laundry room-it really helps if you start the first load
Turn heat down to 65, leave bbq clean, put everything back where it was when you arrived.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
