The entrance to the building is striking and stylish, the lobby is an open air concept with manicured tropical gardens, covered lounge areas, and a soothing multilevel rock water feature.
Other things to note
The Pool is heated from Nov - April, outside those months the sun does a great job in heating it to a great temperature.
** The Loft 268 Building closes its pool deck on a weekly cleaning schedule every Wednesday during the day until 3pm, this is to do their weekly deep clean and maintenance, at this time only the gym and multipurpose room on the roof deck are available.
*As per the new building regulations, all visitors and renters are required to wear a bracelet throughout their stay. This policy is implemented for safety and compliance purposes.
Outside guests are allowed to visit between 10 am and 10 pm. Must register with the concierge. Building amenities accessible to registered guest.
**Smoking Prohibited*** Please note that The State of Jalisco now has a law against smoking in close proximity to others, this also applies for vaping and electronic cigarettes. This home including all parts of the building, terraces and balconies are none smoking. The state and HOA will impose fines for any violations. Thanks for your understanding.
**Construction in the building, be aware some units will have some construction and project is expect to be finish on first week of September during this time it might be some noice levels.**
***We wanted to inform you that starting Monday, June 2nd, the Rooftop Pool and Jacuzzi area will be closed for approximately 8 weeks due to planned resurfacing and improvements. This includes the addition of a handrail and new steps inside the pool for better accessibility and safety.
The following amenities will remain open and fully available for your use:

This helps us keep everything in excellent condition for you and for future guests. If any irreversible stains are found, additional charges may apply after your stay.
Additionally, if you notice any damage or issues in the unit during your stay, we would greatly appreciate it if you report them as soon as possible. This allows us to address them promptly and ensure your experience is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
