Formerly known as Casa Momo, the space was recently redesigned and upgraded in late June 2022 with new furnishings, art, accessories, and more. The condo comes complete with all the tools of the trade in the kitchen from handblown margarita glasses, Keurig and regular coffee makers, to blender, microwave, bakeware, pots and pans, and more.

Comfortable, newer high end king bed is in the master suite and queen sofa bed in living room is trundle style, so there are no lumps and bumps. Polaris White Marble counters are in each of the two full bathrooms along with plenty of towels, hand towels and wash cloths. Shampoo and shower gel comes standard in this unit. You have every conceivable thing you need to have a great vacation or longer stay, which is why this condo in particular makes a great home-away-from-home during your stay in Puerto Vallarta!

The building has it all, including amazing restaurants downstairs! Palmar Seafood & Grill is absolutely delicious and will deliver to the condo day and night during their normal business hours so its almost like having room service right on site.

The Romantic Zone is a perfect blend of old and new with open-air markets and food carts mixed between high end Art Galleries, Shops and Restaurants. The most popular night spots in Vallarta are just around the corner. And you are two blocks from Los Muertos Beach, the most popular beach in Vallarta.

Guests have full access to all amenities of the condo plus pools, gym, hot tubs, outdoor seating/sunning areas, and stunning sunsets available on the rooftop.

Your local concierge during your stay will be Francisco who will provide check-in details and help familiarize you with your temporary home-away-from-home as well as the great property amenities the Pavilion is known for. He will also be your local contact during your stay should you need anything.

Free parking is available on the surrounding streets or for a nominal fee nearby either at either the Park at Lazaro Cardenas or the Parking Ranch… both lots are only one block away.

-Pal Mar: Amazing food! Must try the pork ribs with Thai bbq appetizer… you will thank me later! Burgers cannot be beat either! This restaurant will deliver to your condo too, so it’s like having room service available.

One block away:
-Artepil Spa - Massages beginning at $30US… need I say more?!?
-Los Muertos Brewing - great sports bar and local brew pub with amazing pizza.
-Old Town Market - grocery store.
-Fredy’s Tucan - Amazing breakfast & lunch spot.

In northern regions of Vallarta (transportation required):
-La Isla shopping Center - H&M, Desigual, Mac, Boss, Vans, and other familiar stores. Movie theater is also located here.
-La Comer & Costco - good for those renting longer term in need of groceries. La Comer has an amazing bakery area and is similar to Whole Foods…except 4x as large…with some of the most beautiful mountain views you’ll ever see at a grocery store!
-Gallerias Mall Vallarta - Cinemex theater, Casino Life casino, Liverpool (like a Macy’s) and many other stores and eateries. This is a nice mall across from the cruise ship port.
-Marina Vallarta - Many shops and eateries as well as boat and fishing tours are located here. It is a large walkable area around the water’s edge that spills into neighboring streets with more stores and eateries. In season, there is a night market located here as well - a fun evening out! Look on the rocks as you walk around…you may see one of the local crocodiles sunning themselves.
-Neuva Vallarta - All the large resorts same as those you will see in Cancun and other tourist spots in Mexico are located here. Jungala luxury water park is here as well.

GETTING AROUND:

Centrally located in Zona Romantica, you can literally walk everywhere easily and safely at any time of day or night. No car is needed during your stay with us.

Uber and taxis are readily available however, for any day trips outside Old Town.
