It is only a few minutes' walk to the beach and the center. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms / WC, terrace with garden furniture, 2 deck chairs, carport with storage room for bicycles and parking space available. 1 bedroom with double bed (1.80 x 2 m), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (0.90 x 2 m) 1 bedroom with sofa bed for 2 people, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 bathroom with tub and toilet, 1 guest WC, insect screen, solid wood furniture. Open living / dining room with fireplace, sitting area with couch and armchair, LED satellite TV, DVD, stereo, internet access via WLAN, underfloor heating, large dining table with wicker chairs, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, egg cooker, kettle, Fridge with *** freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and vacuum cleaner.

Ein weiterer Hinweis für das gemietete Häuschen: Bitte ergänzen Sie die Bratpfanne; diese ist unbrauchbar. Stellplatz für Pkw mit Carport und Schuppen (Fahrräder, Pkw-Träger) direkt am Haus mit Zugang über Terrasse zum Be- und Entladen. Im Detail leicht renovierungsbedürftig bzw. Mobiliar wirkt tw. abgenutzt und beliebig zusammengestellt (z. B. Rattan-Stühle für den Esstisch).

Schade fand ich, dass sich der Hausmeister nicht mehr bei uns gemeldet hat wegen des Fernseh- und Radioempfangs. Er wollte den Besitzer anrufen und es gab nie eine Rückmeldung. Gott sei Dank hat mein Mann es hinbekommen( es war völlig verstellt und Anleitungen gab es nicht), sonst hätten wir 8 Tage weder Radio- noch Fernsehempfang gehabt. Die Schlafcouch ging nicht auseinander, also unbrauchbar. Außerdem war der Bezug sehr schmutzig und fleckig. Wären die anderen beiden Kinder auch noch gekommen, hätten wir ein Problem gehabt. Der Trockner hat auch beim 4. Versuch nicht funktioniert. Wir konnten aber draußen trocknen. Der Fernseher im " sogenannten" 2. Schlafraum ging überhaupt nicht mal an. Gebrauchsanleitungen gab es wenige. Am letzten Tag haben wir oben auf dem Schrank eine für die Kaffeemaschine gefunden, die sich immer schon nach 15 min. ausgestellt hat. Zu spät. Auf der Terrasse fehlte ein Sonnenschirm. Trotzdem haben wir die Woche genossen und das geschriebene ist jammern auf hohem Niveau, aber wir hatten schon wesentlich bessere Häuser und Wohnungen. Die Matratzen allerdings waren super. Ich habe gut geschlafen.

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Unser erster Eindruck wurde getrübt, da die Spülmaschine nicht ausgeräumt war und das Besteck darin noch Essensreste aufwies. Außerdem waren 2 von 3 Pfannen aufgrund ihres Zustandes nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Durch die unglaubliche Menge an Porzellan, Besteck, Haushaltsgeräten etc. in der Küche wird nicht alles regelmäßig benutzt werden und wohl auch nicht kontrolliert. Nachdem wir alle Sachen für unseren Gebrauch gespült hatten, haben wir uns sehr wohl im Haus gefühlt.
