This attractive first floor apartment (about 82 m²) for 4 people in a detached house with 5 units in Deichhof captivates with its quiet and cosiness on a high level of living.

The tastefully and lovingly furnished apartment was the end of 2018 thoroughly renovated and modernized. It consists of a light-filled living room with dining area, two bedrooms, a shower room with bath and an open kitchen in the tradition combine with contemporary comfort. The kitchen is equipped with high quality brand appliances.

To this apartment belongs a car parking space at the house. In a few meters you reach the utility room with washing machines and dryers, which you can use for a fee. From the property you have a perfect starting point for long walks on the beach and the mudflats to Amrum, bike rides to the neighboring villages and in the march and probably the most beautiful sunset in the North Sea region. The Deichhof is located in the municipality of Dunsum, which lies in the west of the island of Föhr. It is located on the traffic-calmed Ortsdurchfahrtstraße and extends to extensive meadows, which are located directly on the dike of the North Sea 500 m away, embedded in the middle of nature. The Deichhof can thus be regarded as an oasis of calm and naturalness.

In wenigen Minuten am Deich oder mit dem Fahrrad im nächsten gut sortierten Supermarkt. Schön hell und gut zu lüften durch die zahlreichen (Velux-)Fenster.

Es fehlte an nichts in der Küche, die Betten waren super bequem und auch die Couch schön groß. Im Ort ist es eher ruhig, hier kann man gut entspannen. Es ist von Vorteil, ein Auto mit auf der Insel zu haben, um bei Wind und Wetter flexibel zu sein. Wenn nochmal Föhr, dann in der Deichhof Whg. 26!

In der Dusche viele schwarze Schimmelflecken in den Fugen. Da ist eindeutig sehr nachlässig gereinigt worden. Ich habe jeden Tag geschrubbt. Dann sah es besser aus. Trotz des Bades komme ich sehr gerne wieder. Die Wohnung ist klasse!!

Schöne lichtdurchflutete Dachwohnung mit gemütlicher Atmosphäre in ländlicher Umgebung Nähe Deich.

Schöne lichtdurchflutete Dachwohnung mit gemütlicher Atmosphäre in ländlicher Umgebung Nähe Deich. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung v. a. der modernen Küche ist sehr gut. Die ansprechende Einrichtung macht auch einen Aufenthalt bei Regenwetter angenehm. Im Sommer hat man durch öffnen der vielen Fenster ein Gefühl draußen zu sitzen. Waschen-und trocknen von Wäsche im nahegelegenen Waschhaus mit 3 Waschmaschinen unkompliziert. Eigener Parkplatz direkt am Gebäude, Möglichkeit einer Abstellung der Fahrräder sollte verbessert werden. Wir haben hier unseren Urlaub in Föhr sehr genossen!
