The property was really clean and nice. We really enjoyed being so close to the pavilion and pool.
My only complaint would be that the air conditioner was not on when we arrived and it took almost an hour to get the camper to a comfortable temperature.
It would also be nice to have a firepit and table and chairs close to the property.
We had a great time despite this 100+ heat! Its a nice property and the 5th wheel is roomy and nice. My only complaint is that there is no AC in the bunk room. We ran to Walmart and bought one because we couldnt have stayed without it. Love the clubhouse and the pool and the camper is just across from it so that was nice. Host was prompt to respond to questions . We will be back when weather is cooler !
The RV was clean, bigger than expected, and in good condition. We stayed during the winter and it was heated well, but there was no water in the RV park, and we had to purchase water. Did not use the shower for that reason. The owner did reply to all messages in an appropriate timeframe. One bedroom of the RV was not available to us because it wasn’t heated, so we shared beds. We also had a hard time locating the RV inside the park because the lot wasn’t marked with the lot number on one side. It’s a ways out from town. If you’re going to camp and fish, it’s a nice RV and would be comfortable for a lot of people. But it’s far from town, in a crowded RV park, and you can’t bring your dog. So overall, yes, I would stay there again, but only because I have family nearby.
