For its waterfront view, accessibility, no traffic, surrounded by trees, wildlife, few yet nice neighbors, only 2 miles to full retail services and 15 min to medical facilities.

What makes this property unique

Peaceful, on water, views but safe from boat, pwc traffic, only 5 min from all services but you feel totally away from town. Can sit on deck and watch kids play, swim in shallow water or join them in the large protected cove. No road traffic. Safe for kids, walking, pets.
