Holiday house for 6 guests with 65m² in Dahme (113220)

We offer you a nicely furnished holiday end row house with a south-facing terrace (approx. 65 sqm) for max. 6 people near the beach (approx. 500 m), in a quiet location (cul de sac) in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Dahme.

The holiday townhouse has 2 separate bedrooms on the 1st Pieces with 2 beds each, in one bedroom a double bed in the other bedroom 2 single beds each 2 m long.
It is possible to place a guest bed for an older child or a travel cot and a high chair free of charge.

The living room with south-facing terrace is located on the ground floor. There is a sofa bed (1.60 mx 2 m bed), satellite TV 43 inches, a dining area in front of the kitchenette (kitchen open to the living room). The kitchen has an extractor hood, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, blender, and dishes.
The normal occupancy up to 4 people. is best suited for our vacation townhouse. We bought the sofa bed so that families with 3 or 4 older children can rent our house. We would only recommend occupancy with 6 adults for short trips, but of course each guest can decide for themselves.

WiFi is free. Video games and youtube films are not allowed due to the limited amount of data.

The shower room with window is also on the ground floor. There is a coin-operated washing machine here. A clothesline is in the garden.

Bringing up to 2 dogs is possible at an additional cost.
We have had fences installed between the terraces so that your dog can move here without a leash, on the rest of the property each dog must be under supervision on a short leash.

Bicycle parking spaces are available in the garden. A parking space is included with the booking.
Garden furniture is available for the south terrace.
On our property there is a playground (sandpit, slide, swings) and a barbecue area with a stone grill.

Bed linen and towels can only be booked as a package at an additional cost.

Cleaning the dishes, kitchen appliances and the grillage for the garden fireplace is not part of the final cleaning and is the responsibility of the guest.
Consumables such as toilet paper, garbage bags, cleaning agents, spices etc. are not included in the scope of services.
