The Accommodation
A dream by the Baltic Sea with a large garden! Detached single-family home located near the beach.
With approximately 90 m2 of space, this holiday home offers a dream holiday for up to 6 people (+ pets)
On the ground floor, you’ll find a bedroom, a living room with a sleeper sofa, a dining room, a large kitchen, and a beautiful, bright bathroom; on the upper floor, there’s another spacious bedroom as well as a large room with cosy seating, a foosball table, and a flat-screen TV.

The Ground Floor:
You’ll feel right at home here. For example, take advantage of the spacious, country-style kitchen for family cooking together. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave.
You can relax in the living room on the large couch in front of the flat-screen TV.
The cosy dining room, also in a country house style, is perfect for enjoying leisurely meals.
The ground floor also features a bedroom with a double bed and a beautiful, bright bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling shower.
A steep staircase leads to the upper floor.
The upper floor:
On the upper floor, there is another spacious bedroom with a double bed and another large room with comfortable seating, a sleeper sofa, a table, and a foosball table that can also be converted into a pool table, a ping-pong table, or 10 other game options. You can also enjoy a relaxing evening watching TV here.
The Garden:
A beautifully landscaped patio awaits you, where you can enjoy plenty of sunshine and share meals together.
There’s also a grill and cosy lounge furniture that invites you to relax.
There is also a wooden shed in the garden—affectionately called the “boathouse”—where you can sit on comfortable chairs regardless of the weather.
The fully fenced-in garden also offers plenty of space, for example, for your children or pets to play, sunbathe, or simply enjoy their holiday.
There are two outdoor parking spaces in front of the house. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (depending on breed and size, so please specify).
Bedding and towels are not included but can be added to your booking for a fee!
A security deposit of €150.00 is required at the time of booking.
Please note that we assume no liability for forgotten items or valuables.
