The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
✔ Towels – Start a load in the washer before you leave. Any extras? Toss them in the bathroom hampers. You’ll be our housekeeping hero!
✔ Dishes – Load and start the dishwasher. Wash anything else and leave it to dry—no dirty dishes left behind! ✔ Lights & Lock Up – Flip the lights off and lock the front door with the keypad.
✔ Trash – Leave the main garbage can—we’ve got it. Extra bags? The large dumpster between the house and fuel tank can be used for any extra trash created during your stay! Text if you leave earlier!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please clean up after yourselves, if the house is left messy. We will give your children cotton candy and red fruit punch for the drive home :)
We love our neighbors please keep the noise to a minimum from 10 pm- 8am.
Our Newly added sauna is a relaxation amenity! Please read the users guide and abide by the rules, so we can offer it for all our guests!

To make your stay even better, our host, Charity, is here to help! Born and raised in Alaska, she knows the area like the back of her (probably mitten-covered) hand. Need local tips? Fun activity ideas? A backup plan for when your kids “accidentally” fall in the lake? Charity’s got you covered. Plus, she lives just down the street, so if you need anything, shoot her a text, and she’ll be happy to help.
