This townhouse is full of charm and color. The Suite Home’s downstairs has a queen bed in an alcove (privacy curtain) off the living area. There is a love seat leather couch, stuffed chair, dining table, eating counter with bistro chairs, full kitchen, bathroom with a handicap shower. The upstairs has a queen at the top of the winding staircase in a large foyer. There are also 2 private bedrooms off the large foyer. One has a full bed with half bath and the other has a full bed and a twin bed.

There is a barrel sauna and fire-pit pavilion available year round for guests to enjoy.


You will receive a keypad door code via HA before you arrive.

The place was comfy and cozy. The location was easy to find. The hot water did not work and we could not get in touch with the host. However they gave a nice refund for the inconvenience which was much appreciated.

Why they chose this property

Talkeetna Eastside Cabins is unique in its bohemian, arty environment. It is a small campus that provides a sauna, bbq grill, picnic tables and large backyard deck for everyone's enjoyment. We are a short two blocks walk to the airport and scenic flight offices. We are only 4 blocks from downtown Talkeetna.

What makes this property unique

Close to town yet quiet, and away from the hustle and bustle. There is a sauna and grill for guests to share. Play n Pac and stroller are available upon request.

Out of respect for all the guests we have quiet hours between 10 p.m. until 8 a.m. Non-adherence to this policy will require a request to leave without any refund.
