Amazing cottage! So quirky and fun! Definitely a destination to visit again. A little bit of a walk to downtown if you don’t have a car but well worth it!

Liked: Cleanliness, communication, location
Disliked: Check-in, listing accuracy
House was clean. Beds comfortable. Within walking distance to town.
Our stay was great. Very comfortable, clean, and very responsive with our questions. Location was an easy walk to dowtown restaurants and shops and the train station. We would definitely stay here again and i highly recommend this property to anyone staying without transportation in Talkeetna.
Enjoyed our time at the cabin with the family. The listing was as described and comfortable. The walk to Main Street was easy. Excellent book about the area that the owner made.
There were a few cobwebs and places that could have been cleaned a little better, but nothing bad or that caused problems. In general it was very clean. The room configuration wasn't ideal for us, but it is clearly stated in the description and we new what we were getting. All that sounds negative, but overall it was a good place to stay. The kids loved the sauna, and I liked that it was surrounded by trees. Even though it was fairly close to downtown, it didn't feel like being in town.
Very nice property, clean, and convenient to town. Loved the huge shower! One suggestion….besides doing the dishes, there weren’t any other instructions of what to do with the bedding and used towels. Letting your guests know would be helpful for them and also to help out the person who cleans up after the guests check out.
We had a great stay in this clean, cute, but quirky unit. The location was good. The washer/dryer was so needed at the midpoint in our trip. Our teen sons loved having their own bedrooms. Another bonus was having the extra 1/2 bath- having more toilets is always better than only 1 for a family. The owners were responsive. We would definitely stay here again!
We had 7 in our group of friends and family. The space is quirky but charming. We had fun and enjoyed the place. We had space for some of us to play cards, our adult kids had their own beds and two couples with some privacy. The unusual bedroom arrangement worked nicely for our group. We only stayed for one night as we were passing through to other places but it served us well.
We stayed in the main house which has 2 bedrooms with doors. The other 2 beds are not located in rooms but it was not an issue. The kitchen is open to the living room and dining space. All the decor was lovely and fun! Lots of amenities. Most important has coffee maker and grinder!!! Will def. Stay there again!
