Unit was very clean and was a great location to the base of the mountain. Less than 5 minute walk to get right on the gondola. Room was very clean and the building has a large hot tub that had a great view of the mountain.
Enjoyed the stay quite a bit. Great location and just a 10 min walk to the base. Place was clean and well equipped. Only downsides for me was the bedding (strong chemical detergent smell on linens, and pillows could use a refresh), and had to pay for parking. Would probably stay here again.
We fully enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and clean condo. Steps away from the slopes and great food. Alison was great and gave us all the info we needed to make our stay easy! Fun weekend in the snow and we would highly recommend
Frazer Crossing was perfect for our 5 day stay easy check in- ski locker and hot tub etc... all excellent and as advertised.Alison was super helpful and responsive.I would book again Frank
The property is very convenient to the bottom of the mountain. The ski locker and large hot tub were along with being close to restaurants made for an relaxing vacation.
Unbelievably close to the base area of winter park resort and the ski train! Perfect for the annual guys snowboarding trip. Our first time to winter park and we will be back! The property location couldn’t be any better with access to the winter park free bus system right across the street! 10 out of 10!

Thank you Andrew! Glad you enjoyed your stay and welcome you back anytime!
We stay at Winter Park frequently and this condo is in a great spot. I like the corner unit one bedroom layout with the full kitchen. Clean, easy, nice hot tub!
Love that everyone could head to the slopes at their own time, without waiting for a bus. Covered and heated parking were a big bonus!! WiFi Internet was inconsistent, but it was great spending family time together so it wasn't a big deal to us..
great location, less than 100 yards to the lift, very clean. A few things didn't work (TV, Toaster, Ice Maker) and no weekend maintenance so check things early. Owner attempted to charge us for some issues that must have been from a previous renter.
Well, I wish we could give this a better rating. The place was clean. Unfortunately, our first impression was to be greeted by a bunch of real estate paperwork advertising the place for sale, for 575,000. Our family also rented another unit in the same building. They were greeted by a personalized message and a gift basket of snacks. Apparently the realtor had "staged" our unit, so everything was hidden. We finally found the coffee maker this morning in a closet. There was a missing light bulb in the lamp next to the bed, but we couldn't find any light bulbs until just before checkout. The well-advertised fire pit did not work, and even though we texted both the owner and maintenance, no one bothered to answer us. The grandchildren were very disappointed they couldn't roast marshmallows. The hot tub, right outside our unit, supposedly closes at 9pm. However, we had rowdy people down there yelling and howling until 10:30, despite our requests for them to hold it down. There was construction work being done on the unit right below ours, and that guy worked until 10pm on a Saturday night, banging and hammering. This was a nightmare of a visit, we couldn't wait to leave. Two stars is being very generous. Avoid.
Rude entitled threatening host located in California
The host is rude. She let me know on two occasions that she does not have the time to address the issues at her condo because she is at work. Further she threatened us if we continue ask her to fix the fire place by sending text messages to my personal phone. She is located in California and she did not address the issues with the fireplace at all. She is entitled and a terrible host. The numbers she provided for maintenance are not valid. I called the numbers and the lady and also the maintenance gentleman advised me that they have nothing to do with her condominium, especially not with a gas fireplace. Further, having a gas fireplace in an old condominium can be very dangerous. She is not aware apparently according to her that the fireplace was turned off.The place itself looks rundown. There is a lot of dust everywhere. There is mold in the bathroom area by the bathtub, which is really disgusting. The closets are an absolute mess. The bedding is all over the place in the closet just throwing in there. The door to the balcony does not close. You have to literally lock it with the lock otherwise it maintains open. The door to the bathroom same thing the door does not close. The condo itself is very loud anything that the neighbors do can be heard very loudly from the top from the bottom and from both sides. The parking is very hard to get in or out since the scanner does not work. There is also no cellular data.
Wonderful location for all sorts of activities! Condo was very clean and had all the amenities we needed to be comfortable. We had a great October getaway and would stay again
