Come and enjoy the centrally located modern 3 bedroom house with a pool and outdoor bar. Perfect for a family or a group of friends. Minutes from Wellington Mall, restaurants, golf courses and Equestrian with Polo and much more. It is only 25 minutes to the beach and 25 min to down town West Palm Beach. Less than 10 minutes to Okeeheelee Park with tennis courses, kayaking, golf, biking, fitness trail, soccer fields, water skiing, dog parks and tons of other activities. You will not get bored!!

The only thing “Elegant & Luxury” about this property is the price tag.We decided to rate this home at three stars because it was described as “Elegant property in equestrian area,” and as a “luxury” stay. Based on this description, the nightly price tag seemed appropriate. The pictures of the property were flattering. But in truth it is an average home in an average neighborhood, nowhere close to the horse trails/properties we were expecting. Bring your own body wash, none is provided. One mini sample shampoo/conditioner is provided per bathroom. If you like a top sheet on your bed, bring your own. Expect to prewash cookware before use and knock webs off pool furniture. This stay was such a disappointment. I asked to cancel on day one, but without success.

M informed us that the property was not a good fit for her and her family and requested to cancel after staying for two days. We explained that she was already outside the cancellation period; however, as a courtesy, we offered to refund any nights that could be successfully rebooked if she chose to cancel the remainder of her stay. After this offer was made, M decided not to cancel and continued with the reservation. She also stated that she would leave negative reviews in retaliation if we did not provide a full refund which we have proof of in the message thread. Additionally, we are not sure where some of the photos she submitted originated from, as several of them do not appear to match the condition or presentation of the property during her stay. We would not recommend this guest to any other hosts.

Comfortable and well equipped

This home is spacious and the outdoors area is comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped with everything I needed. I felt right at home!

Awesome place to stay!

We had such a great stay at this home! It was exactly what we thought it was going to be based on the listing. Plus, we loved the convenience of the washer and dryer so we didn't need to bring a ton of clothes. Susan was prompt on all of our communications and I would recommend this property which is in a quiet residential neighborhood.
