Maison du Sud is luxury house that will offer you high level of comfort and privacy. We are located in one of the safest neighborhoods of Wellington. Beautiful heated 40' salt-water pool 9 (no extra charge), gazebo with lounge area, pergola for pool-side dining, Napoleon barbecue, lush tropical garden with lighting and sunsets over the canal will make your vacation absolutely unforgettable. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with 50' TVs. 2 bedrooms have king size beds, 1 - queen size. All bedrooms have spacious closets equipped with personal digital safes (2 out of 3 closets are walk-in). Master bedroom also has outside bath for two and a shower in little private garden. All bathrooms are redone in 2014 and beautifully decorated. Living room with cathedral ceiling and wooden ceiling beams will offer you 60' TV and spacious sitting area. Inside dining under the candles of an iron chandelier with sunset view will definitely bring you a romantic mood. For those who want more privacy and silence there is fireplace room under the wooden ceiling. Kitchen is equipped with, blender, food processor, slow juicer, microwave, dishwasher, stove with glass cook top, fridge with ice generator, coffee maker, french coffee press, full set of nice dishes, tableware and glasses. There is also big pantry with new front load washer and dryer. Everything is ready for your stay!

Wellington peace

This property is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. With five adults staying at the home, we all still had our privacy with our own bedrooms and bathrooms. No need for sharing! The pool and patio area are second to none. The beautiful landscaping provided privacy, the covered seating area was perfect for visiting, and who doesn’t love a heated pool?! It was truly an oasis and we look forward to returning again.

Well appointed, comfortable and a wonderful pool area

We decided last minute to head down to Wellington for horse shows. The location was perfect for getting to the farms and show grounds. Gary was great with communication and easy access to the property. His instructions were very clear. Easy check out as well. The house was very comfortable. Beds, linens, towels were all very clean and comfortable. There are cameras outside and inside, however Gary assured me that the interior cameras are turned off during rentals. Still, it was a little odd, as I’ve never stayed in a property with indoor cameras set up. All in all, we would definitely recommend this property & stay again if available.

Perfect retreat

This property is amazing! It’s exactly what you see. We traveled here for a tennis tournament for our son and had our family dogs. It was perfect in so many ways. Gorgeous decor, fully equipped kitchen, stunning outdoor retreat, luxury linens…and the host was wonderful. I give this property 10++. Thank you Gary & Natalia! Gary was a wonderful host with a great manager across the street. We needed last minute arrangements to evacuate from a hurricane and Gary made special accommodations for us! Would stay again!

Nice property

Great location. Pool/ backyard stellar. Quiet neighborhood good for walking, biking, etc.Plenty of shopping, restaurants that are all close by. We would stay again next year but our time slot was already reserved- one note for folks that have physical limitations is that the tile floors are somewhat uneven throughout the house and none of the 5 sliding doors that open to the backyard/pool work properly. They are either screwed shut or very challenging to open/shut and really need to be replaced. We had some retirees that visited with us and the combination of the floors and doors was not ideal for their physicality

Gary’s 3- bedroom house was perfect for our needs. Comfortable beds and showers. The outside area is exceptional. Gary was very easy to communicate with and flexible about letting us stay until our late afternoon flight. We hope to return for a longer stay next year.

This home was so nice to stay in- it was luxury without a luxury price tag. The owners are very great communicators and the manager of the property lives across the street so if anything is needed she’s a few steps away! Great find- beds were comfy- and we hope to be able to come stay again.

Beautiful vacation home!

Our stay was just short of two weeks. This house is in a perfect location close to stores, restaurants, etc. We spent most of our time around the pool every day. The landscaping around the pool was beautiful and very private. The lounge chairs, umbrellas, gazebo, and Hamic were put to great use. The kitchen was well equipped, and loved using the grill outside. The interior of the home is beautifully decorated and loved the king size beds in each room. Gary was a wonderful host. Very responsive to all the questions we had upon our arrival. Karen was awesome and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Spectacular

Everything was beautiful and so peaceful. The pool area and landscaping around the pool was a paradise. The Manager, Karen and her husband, Carl were delightful people. They were very responsive whenever we had an issue or a question. We would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a relaxing and serene place to stay. Fantastic restaurants close by. All around great area.

The home is beautiful, well appointed and beautifully decorated. The outdoor living space and pool are gorgeous. You will have everything you need for your vacation. The home is also close to restaurants, grocery stores, and golf.

Excellent Stay at Maison du Sud

This was our second stay at Maison du Sud. Everything was excellent again. The house is very spacious, clean and has everything you need. The pool area is beautiful and has a lot of comfortable loungers and an amazing Gazebo to hang out in. Gary is a great host and very friendly and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Paradise Home away from Home

Everything you want in a vacation without the noise. Imagine yourself on vacation getting the sun lying beside the pool beautiful tropical bushes and flowers around. This is what you get when you stay here. I couldn’t of asked for a more peaceful and beautiful home. Not only was it exactly as described but close to everything. Relaxing Visit with Family

There were 6 adult members staying here. Each couple enjoyed having their own bathroom. The house was very comfortable and had several areas for conversations. We loved sitting outside under the roomy cabana. We even sat there during the rain showers each day. The landscaping made us feel we were in the tropics!! A few of swam in the pool. The owner was quick to respond when small issues came up. We would stay here again

Outdoors/backyard is absolutely beautiful!

If you’re looking for relaxation and serenity this is the place! The backyard is definitely the place to hang out. Quiet neighborhood, great pool, beautiful gazebo and from time to time you receive a little show from the anoles (little lizards) and iguanas. They never come close to you but are definitely fascinating to watch. I unfortunately have skin cancer and can’t be in the sun to much but I love the outdoors and the gazebo has perfect shade for that. The owners are very helpful and polite. Thank you for sharing your home! We would definitely like to visit next year!

Visit famous Sunday brunch in The Breakers, stop for dinner in City Place, have a couple of drinks in the bars on Clematis, shop on Worth Avenue or in Palm Beach Outlets, have a scenic drive along the mansions on Palm Beach Island, stop in Charlie's Crab for the oysters... You will enjoy your every single moment!

What makes this property unique

We love South and we love Florida. And we love quality and comfort. And we decided to make a dream house in the South. And here it is - Maison du Sud - the result of 6 months of total renovation and 250 000 USD invested. New 38' heated salt-water pool with travertine deck and beautiful sun beds surrounded by lush tropical garden lightened at night, gazebo lounge, pool-side dining under pergola covered with bougainvilleas. Our house represents the ideal Florida home that offers you warmth and comfort with its Mexican tiles, iron gates, barrel roof, ceiling beams, gorgeous design and top amenities. We did our best to make our house one of a kind with open-air Jacuzzi bath for two and outside shower in little secluded garden.
