About this property

You won't find a more beautiful or peaceful cabin centrally located in MI. The Blue Bungalow has a double lot on Lake 13 with a dock, firepit, kayaks & bbq. Fully remodeled in 2019, w/ 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room & bathroom upstairs. Walk-out basement (accessible w/ outdoor steps only) has 2 beds, full bathroom & sitting space.

Two bedrooms in the upstairs- one with a queen bed and one with a full and a twin. Bathroom and full kitchen. Living room overlooks the lake.

Walk-out basement has a fridge, two twin beds, table with chairs, sitting area and full bathroom. There are no interior stairs to access the basement from the first floor.

The dock provides great fishing and kayaking access, but you'll want to go further into the lake for swimming as the area around the dock is mucky. (Please note that the dock is pulled out in the winter season Oct-Mar)

Hot tub is private and ready for you to warm up this winter!

Wifi is available and there are smart TV's in the upstairs and downstairs for you to access your streaming apps of choice.

Great property & owner

Ricky was in great communication with us. The property is so welcoming. We loved sitting on the deck and watching the birds. Don't hesitate to stay here.

March Getaway

Everything was as described about the property. Cute and welcoming. Riki messaged to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and if we had any questions or needed anything. Great communication! Nice little getaway
