Walk in Lakefront Condo at Lake of the Ozarks. Charming, corner unit, Condominium overlooking pool area. Relax and enjoy a fantastic view of the Main Channel at the 21 mile marker.

This Non Smoking Condo is located in the Heart of Osage Beach. Just minutes from all the shopping, nightlife, and fun for the whole family! The lake has 13 different golf courses to offer or just minutes away you can shop at the World Class Factory Outlet Mall with over 100 shops. Close by there are many restaurants to choose from ranging from casual to fine dining.

Our walk in Condo is meticulously maintained and cleaned. We have fully-equipped this Condo with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Queen-size bed and Queen-size sofa sleeper, fully-equipped kitchen, refrigerator with ice maker, patio furniture, an electric grill so you can relax and enjoy the lake view while you barbecue from your own balcony.
No Smoking and No Pets.
Swim in the Lakeside Pool, or you can fish or swim from one of the many docks equipped with swim ladders.
Boat slip available upon request. Our slip sizes are 10x20 and10x26. The boat may stick out by 4 additional feet. On site boat ramp and 2 trailer parking areas.

This is the second time we’ve stayed win Don & his wife just stayed in different condo this time. It fits exactly what we needed. We were there for thanksgiving with family. I have never really had a more pleasant experience with any other host they are great. Will be using them them again if we need a place to stay.

I have stayed at this rental before. It is in a great location close to everything with amazing views of the lake main channel. The price is great for what you get and the atmosphere is family friendly. Great for a nice relaxing getaway!

The condo is very clean and has everything I needed. The views are amazing, you can see the main channel. The pool was refreshing and all the neighbors are very friendly. The price is very reasonable and was perfect for a relaxing getaway. I will be booking again soon!

Nice location only minutes from Osage Beach. Quiet location. Deck overlooks the lake. Condo kitchen is well stocked. Owner is responsive and helpful.

Great location

The condo is a bit dated but close to everything so real handy! Very friendly people at the complex! We were a little disappointed that the main TV in the living area wasn't working but at least there's a TV in the bedroom also and it worked fine. We enjoyed our stay and would return because of the great location!

The condo was nice and clean. Saw a few cobwebs inside and on the deck but otherwise was everything we needed. Had to contact the owner regarding a key and they were quick to respond and rectify the problem. Really appreciated the parking available right outside the door. I would rent from them again.

Excellent value stay

The view is actually better than what was described. Great value and location. Park in front and walk in. Minutes from the Osage Beach strip and shopping, yet very scenic and quiet condo complex. The Bay is surrounded by million $$$ homes All essentials provided. TV selection is not good but that is because of the cable provider, so be prepared. Bring a good book. Owners are very friendly.

Great deal on a great condo

Enjoyed out stay there very much. Everything we needed and the deck is very nice. Corner unit so you get a nice breeze and it gets shade in the afternoon so it's very enjoyable to sit out there and watch all the activity on the lake! No steps into the place which is very nice. And the owners are super great to work with and easy to communicate with which is always important to me. We also took advantage of the boat slip which is included in the price! Would definitely stay there again!

Why they chose this property

We own a boat and have always enjoyed being down at the lake. We wanted to have a place of our own to stay, so we thought we would extend our condo out to the public. We presently now own 4 condos in Heron Bay.

What makes this property unique

Close proximity to dinning, shopping, entertainment for the all family,golfing and fishing. Fish from the docks and some docks have crappie beds. You can either swim in the pool or take a plunge into the lake, all the docks are equipped with swim ladders. Or you may decide to take a way along the walkway around the lake or play a game of tennis.
