Enjoy the sunrise over beautiful World Famous Daytona Beach!
5th Floor Studio faces West for a sunset CITY VIEW.
Our condo is fully stocked with everything you would need to relax and enjoy the beauty of Florida with a fully equipped kitchen, a smart tv with cable, and a comfortable king-size bed with pull out sofa
This resort has 2 heated outdoor pools, a waterfall kids pool, a tiki bar, hot tub, arcade room, direct access to the beach right from the resort.
This is a non-smoking resort; strict $250 for each occurrence.

AMENITIES UPDATE: ALL OUTDOOR & INDOOR POOLS ARE CLOSED AT THE MOMENT. THE BEACH CAN STILL BE ACCESSED FROM NORTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING.

Cozy but good value

The building had no amenities open due to storm damage, although we knew that going in. The room itself is on the small side, but since it was just my wife and me, it was great for a place to crash close to the beach. Only issue we had was that the shower drain was pretty clogged up.

Daytona stay

The pitlctures of the room are accurate however many of the photos are of the place next to this one. Check in was slightly difficult however management returned call promptly. No beach accessories where included at property, make sure to have your own towels. Studio was clean and for a short stay, it was a place to stay.

Change of plans

Room is as pictured. Great location in North Daytona on the beach. Some amenities listed were not available due to hurricane damage. We had to change booking dates while on the stay and the property manager was great working with us when he was not under any obligation to do so.
