Come and enjoy this cozy updated 11th floor studio at the Daytona Beach Resort. Spectacular north side views of the beach, ocean and wonderful sunset views.

Open Amenities: We are happy to announce the North Outdoor Pool (heated), Indoor Pool, Jacuzzi, Fitness Room, Sauna are open.

Fully Furnished to have a comfortable stay and enjoy a cup of coffee or drink by sitting (stools are provided) onto the step out balcony.
It is cozy furnished and remodeled to have an amazing time with a Comfy New queen bed, full size sofa sleeper with a new memory foam mattress, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker Keurig, toaster, pots and pans, all utensils, glassware, dishes, blender.
For your entertainment you have a 52" Smart TV.
WIFI
We provide linens, towels, two beach towels, iron and ironing board, hair dryer.

No Trailer Parking
No Smoking/Vaping - Room/Balcony/Building
Primary Renter must be 21 to Rent
No Pets

On the day of arrival prior to 3PM, you will receive the check-in information containing all the instructions necessary for your stay.

Resort Update :
The Daytona Beach Resort is undergoing restoration to the seawall.

*Open Amenities: North Pool (Heated), Indoor Pool, Jacuzzi, Fitness Room, Sauna,

*Closed Amenities: Tiki Bar, Restaurant, Parking Garage, South Pool, Kiddie Pool, South pool deck.

*Parking Free - One parking pass is provided where it will be found inside the Room.
Parking in front of the building or next door of the Resort. Upon departure parking pass would need to left inside the room. Maps are posted in the lobby.

*There is beach access still available right next door.

As a private owner in the resort, you may require assistance during your stay. Please rest assured that you can contact me and more than willing to help you with any issues or concerns you may have. The Daytona Beach Resort will be going through renovations/restoration to the seawall. Please contact Owner for Updates during the process to get the Resort back, Your patience is appreciated.

Blast at Biketoberfest

We came for Biketoberfest. We really enjoyed the Condo. Everything was very clean, and the unit was well appointed. Only issue was the bed. It was a little lumpy, but we did ok. For two people, it was perfect.

Cozy & Spacious ! FYI AMENITIES CLOSED

Really cute place, has everything you’d need. Lot of space to unpack and “move in”, loved that. Love the balcony and ocean view. Comfy bed. Short walk to beach access. Check in was easy peasy, parking was not. The front lot was always full, and the parking deck as well as the parking lot beside the place was closed. So you have to park across the street and down the road in by a shopping plaza. We did pick this place because it had a pool and a tiki bar in the description, but we were only notified after booking in a message that they were closed which was a bummer. So just beware of that if you were interested!!Overall was a great stay, just a few minor complaints if it helps anyone decide- if you’re a light sleeper, be sure to turn off the dehumidifier. It woke us up multiple times to be emptied like an alarm clock. It was overall clean and tidy, except we noticed right away that the floors hadn’t been swept/mopped. Our socks were pretty nasty after the first hour of being there. Not sure if the kitchen amenities are monitored frequently, the creamer pods were curdled and the water pitcher had some mold in it. They do provide one roll of toilet paper and papertowels as well as some dishsoap, laundry detergent and i believe some sunscreen if you forget your own! Also a canopy for the beach which was neat.We had a really nice time staying here and would visit again. Thank you for having us!

I chose the Daytona Beach Resort, it is conveniently located with a shopping plaza right across the street. It is located in the quieter north side of Daytona Beach.
If you need to travel to the Daytona International Speedway, it is a 15 min. drive.
The Pier is 2 1/2 miles north.
