This beautiful unit is located on the THIRD FLOOR, so if you prefer a lower-floor condo, this is the place for you.

The third-floor location is a preferred benefit over other floors because, from the parking garage, you don't have to ride an elevator to get to your condo. AND, if there are elevator waits in the summer, you can walk down the stairs to the ground floor where the beach is. This floor is the best because it is high enough to offer views and privacy but low enough to feel like your are on the beach!

Location, location, location! Very close to Pier Park. Walk to shopping, eating, movie theater and more. Calypso is the closest complex to Pier Park.

The condo has a queen bed in the primary ensuite. There are 2 beds (bunk) located in the hallway, and a new (2022) sofa with queen sleeper in the living room.

This is in Tower 1, and is on the beach. (Towers 1-2 are on the beach. Tower 3 is across the street)

There will be a Registration Fee due about a week prior to arrival, payable directly to the resort. The fee is currently $50. This will also include one parking permit for the main garage. Additional vehicles may be considered on an exception basis outside of peak season. There is a $50 fee for each additional vehicle.
