Supermarket 250 m, shopping centre, restaurant, bakery 50 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 250 m, indoor swimming pool 800 m. Sports centre 800 m, chair lift, skisport facilities 15 m, ski bus stop 250 m, ski school 20 m, ski-kindergarten 150 m. Nearby attractions: Funiculaire de la Grande Motte -en ski 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: TIGNES VAL D'ISERE 100 m. Please note: groups of teenagers on request only. Ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Guarded residence. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Tignes Val Claret.

Je conseille cet appartement
Belles prestations dans l'ensemble: Les +: literies de qualité - propriété impeccable - très bien équipé (électroménager- ustensiles de cuisines, Deco) - bonne exposition du no 24b soleil en journée et vue montagne. Situation idéale au pied du télésiège TUFS Les -: pression de l'eau inexistante rendant difficile le lavage des cheveux longs. Casiers à ski trop petits pour 6 tout le matériel ne rentrait pas- Prix élevé.

Super appartement
Super appartement, extrêmement bien placé, ski au pieds. Appartement très bien agencé, beaucoup de rangements, très propre et de qualité. Un gros point négatif sur les casiers à ski: casier trop petit où l'eau reste en bas, pas assez grand pour mettre 6 paires de ski. Impossibilité d'y laisser les chaussures de ski et interdiction de monter dans les étages avec ses chaussures de ski (remarque systématique du gardien): obligation de descendre pieds nus ou en chaussette (puisque pas de place et trop d'eau pour laisser chaussure de ville dans le casier) jusqu'au casier sur un sol en carrelage sans caillebotis toujours mouillé...!

Excellent séjour
Appartement spacieux, très bien aménagé (décoration et conception/agencement), très bien équipé et très confortable. Particulièrement bien placé: zone calme + accès direct au front de neige juste devant un télésiège. Certes il est cher, mais le prix est largement justifié. Idéal pour 2 adultes + 3 à 4 enfants/ados. Pourrait être un peu juste pour 6 adultes.
