Gracious, spacious, sunny apartment in beautifully restored 1892 Queen Anne just steps away from Catskill's Main Street shops and restaurants. Brand new high-end kitchen and baths, lovely views. The Thomas Cole Historic Site is an easy walk. Short drive east to Hudson, NY or west to the Catskill Mountains. Rented on 30 day minimum basis only. All utilities, bi-weekly cleaning, taxes, etc. are included in price . On Street parking. Second floor apartment is not ADA accessible - there are stairs. Are you renovating your home and need a place away from the dust? Do you want to try out the Village of Catskill and all it has to offer? This is the perfect spot!

I had the great pleasure of bringing this beauty back to its original Queen Anne splendor after years of "remuddling." She's a spectacular house in a very convenient location in the Village of Catskill. When the leaves are down, the apartments have great views of the Catskills.
