The location is excellent. The appartment is nice, spacious, comfortable, and practical. The parking spot is a big plus. Everything was perfect with our stay. Would stay again and highly recommedn.

Everything was very Nice, was a little Warm due to the A/C not working well. But we were able to reach someone regarsing it and they were Very quick to respond and take care of the Issue.

Really enjoyed our stay over New Years weekend. Perfect location on Main Street, easy parking, comfortable accommodation. Great communication with the host. Lovely home to stay in.
This was a great place to stay. Great access to the Katy Trail and park nearby that i was able to go to daily with my dog. It was comfy and had all the amenities i needed for my stay. I enjoyed having a garage as well.
We loved staying in this historic apartment. It has been beautifully renovated and decorated, and it has every amenity imaginable. We loved having a garage, and we especially enjoyed being able to walk down the stairs right onto Main Street. The owner was highly responsive to meeting all our needs. Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful time celebrating my husband’s birthday with family and friends in St Charles! The place is beautiful and very spacious for a group of 5-6 people. The location is great, walking distance to so many restaurants, bars, and shops on beautiful historic Main St. Jeffrey, the host, was easy to communicate with and also prompt with communication. We will definitely be returning guests!
Unit was clean and as advertised although I hadn't done enough research to realize it is at the far north end of Main street. No harm done if walking is not an issue.
Outstanding cleanliness and communication with host! The apartment is roomy and allows for community space as well as private bedroom space. Be aware that the front entrance has numerous steep steps. The back entrance is easier stepwise and having a locked garage was great. It is located on the North end of Main Street but still within walking distance of most restaurants and shops. Great place. Would book again.
We were amazed by how perfect the location was on Main St. We were there for a mini weekend getaway and it was perfect as we took in the restaurants, shopping and the night life. Safe parking and entrance. Walking distance where we all wanted to go except the comedy club which we drove to, but we parked the car almost all weekend. We were told there was complimentary wine in the wine fridge but it was empty. We notified the property manager immediately. We will no doubt stay here again!

1. The garage was a nice perk, but the rear gate to the property is barely hanging on the hinges.
2. Small back yard so overgrown, the sidewalk was hard to navigate with or without luggage.
3. Patio furniture was filthy and moldy, so basically unusable.
4. Welcoming note said to enjoy the complimentary bottle of wine left for us in the wine fridge, but the fridge was empty. The note also said to enjoy any other bottle for a $20 charge, but there were none available.
5. Skylights in bedrooms are not a welcoming feature if you want to sleep late on vacation.
6. Cotton swab jar in the bathroom was growing mold on the swabs. This does not happen overnight - how did housekeeping not notice this?
7. Bath towel was frayed and had holes.
8. Front steps to street level were poorly lit. We had to use the flashlight feature on our phones to navigate them. A liability lawsuit waiting to happen.
9. Steps from the garage to the yard were not lit at all. Another liability lawsuit waiting to happen.
When we returned home, we emailed our concerns to the rental agency complete with photos, but we have still not received a response. It is disappointing that the owners of this property clearly do not care about their guests' experience.
It is doubtful we will trust VRBO properties in the future.
