No Smoking: Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. A $250 fine will be charged for violations.

Left Behind Items: A $25 handling fee plus shipping will be charged to return forgotten items.

Extended Stays: For stays over 21 days, a $50 long-term cleaning fee will be added after booking.

Late Checkout: Unapproved late check-outs will incur a $50 fine.
