Alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs, sowie eine Bushaltestelle, Kino, Fitnessstudio, etc. finden Sie in unmittelbarer Nähe. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt, Nichtraucherwohnungen verfügbar.
Luxuriöse, abgeschlossene 4,5- Zimmer-Ferienwohnung im 2. Obergeschoss einer Komfortwohnanlage in Berchtesgaden; mit Wohnzimmer und Essecke, 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelschlafcouch, 1 Einbettzimmer, Küche, Balkon und Bad/WC. Zur Anlage gehören ein Hallenbad und ein Tischtennisraum, deren Benutzung im Preis enthalten sind. Die Ski können im Skikeller aufbewahrt und die Skikleidung im Trockenboden aufgehängt werden. In der zentralen Waschküche stehen Münzwaschmaschinen und Trockner zur Verfügung. Die Brötchen werden auf Wunsch morgens direkt vom Bäcker ins Haus gebracht. Supermarkt und Gaststätten sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
