Location for me was perfect, I grew up in the area and enjoy seeing all my childhood reminders. The house was clean, linens were soft and comfortable. Cute decorating style inside. Easy to access!

The house was in a very convenient location, quiet and comfortable beds. All kitchen appliances worked well and there were enough plates, bowls, utensils and cookware for our needs. Be aware the step from the walkway to house is quite large if you have knee issues. We needed a window covering repaired and Rodney was very responsive to having it corrected.

Good for us

Nice comfortable, modern decorated home. Neighborhood quiet for us, and no problems getting into the property. Very quick response to all questions asked of the owner. No check-out instructions, so we did what we thought appropriate, then sent a message we were leaving.

Small and nice

The property was nice. Great location. Queens pizza was the best pizza ever. The house was nice and decorated. The motion light stays on a lot and comes through bedroom window. There were some ants in the bathroom. I am not sure what the 125 cleaning fee was for when we had check out instructions. Needs a good dusting and the blankets/pillows had a smell to them. There was plenty of supplies in case you forgot something and backup toilet paper so that was a huge plus. The flooring not being in the closet and the attic door half open was kind of an eye sore. Heat didn’t work well in back bedroom but the house was comfortable for our short stay and we are grateful.
